A 19-year-old Bellevue man told police that he had been robbed by a group of 3-6 males on Ohio River Boulevard on July 16.A purse was reported stolen from a car parked at 661 Lincoln Ave. on July 12.That same day, items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of Orchard Avenue.On July 15, a laptop computer was reported stolen from a car parked in the 400 block of Teece Avenue.Donnell Louis Jackson, 32, was charged with assault after an incident on Sheridan Avenue on July 16.Police were called on July 6 when a man appeared to be unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle in the middle of the street on South Balph Avenue. Police say that Joseph Wollam, 31, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after reportedly overdosing.Murat Savruk, 40, of Keswick Avenue, was charged with aggravated assault of a woman on North Balph Avenue at Orchard Avenue on July 10.Joseph Shannon Snyder, 52, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Ohio River Boulevard on July 4.
