“Better Choices, Better Health,” a six- week free workshop for seniors age 60 and older, will be held at the Prime Time Senior Center, 440 Lincoln Ave. in Bellevue.

The chronic disease self-management program is facilitated by two trained leaders.

Each participant will receive a free copy of the book “Living a Healthy Life with a Chronic Condition,”

The course will be held Thursdays, Feb. 16- March 23, noon-2:30 p.m. Free refreshments and snacks will be provided.

The North Boros-Sewickley Area Meals on Wheels is sponsoring a soup sale fund-raiser.

Homemade wedding and loaded baked potato soups will be available at $8 per quart.

Assumption Church in Bellevue will host super bingo, Sunday, Jan. 29, at McGovern Hall.

Doors open at 1 p.m. with play beginning at 2 p.m.

Cost of admission is $25 and includes a six-card package, a slice of pizza, a bottle of water and a cookie. Extra packages of bingo cards are available for purchase.

Prizes are $75 for regular games, $150 for specials and a jackpot of $1,000.

The Bellevue-Avalon Girls’s Athletic Associa-tion (BAGA) will hold a community flea market on Sunday, May 22, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at Gillott Field in Bellevue.

Proceeds will be used to improve the softball field and to buy equipment.
