David F. Dramble David F. Dramble, 59, a lifelong resident of Bellevue, died Monday, November 5, 2018. He was the son of the late Blair and Shirley Dramble; father of Danielle (Shawn) McCommon and Jessica Dramble; grandfather of Dylan McCommon; brother of Donna Veiock, Sharon Jones and Connie Dramble; also survived by his beloved dog "BooBoo." Dave loved cars, bikes, anything on wheels, and could always be found tinkering with one of them. He strongly believed in being an honest, hardworking man, and was always selflessly lending a helping hand to anyone in need.


Barbara Ann Crumbaker Teves, 80, passed away surrounded by her family in Sarasota, FL in October 2018. She was born in September 1938 at Suburban General and grew up in Pittsburgh. She was educated at Brown University; she served in the first wave of the Peace Corps; traveled the world extensively, and had a career as a psycho-therapist for 25 years in Beaver County, PA and Dare County, NC.


Mary T. (Chitti) Thackeray Mary T. (Chitti) Thackeray, 96, of Avalon, died Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was the mother to Carol McFadden, Christina Patton (Robert); grandmother to Shari Butler (Michael), Michele Fisher (Jeffrey), James Patton, Jeffrey Patton (Jennifer); great-grandmother to Zachary Patton, Joseph Fisher, John Fisher, JD, Michaela, and Mackenzie Butler. She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Marie (Costantino) Fanto; husband, Joseph Chitti; and two brothers. Mary was a member of Church of the Assumption.

He was the husband of 46 years to Shirley Ropar; father of Cathy (Rick) Bayles, John (Eileen) Ropar, Jr., Mary Louise (the late Ron) Abbott, Chris (Barbara) Ropar, Tom (Lori) Mackiewicz, Andrea (Blaise) Champagne and Kathy (Jim) McCaffrey; grandfather of 12; great-grandfather of six; and brother of Florence (Bob) and the late Marcella, Dorothy, Chuck, Dolly and Denny.


Joseph Zimmer Joseph Zimmer, 66, of the North Side, died Monday, October 8, 2018. He was the son of the late Harold S. and Mary W. (Moore) Zimmer; brother of Robert Zimmer, Janice Zimmer, and Jane (Michael) Braunlich of Bellevue, Tammy (Terry) Bowman of Jackson Township and the late Harold A. "Tony", James and William "Rick" Zimmer; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Joe was employed as a custodian for many years in the North Boros and the North Side. James C. Braunlich James C. Braunlich, 55, of the North Hills, died unexpectedly Tuesday, October 2, 2018. He is survived survived by his wife, Kristen Braunlich; four children, Marley, Beau, James and Joseph; grandson, Jack Braunlich; mother, Diane Braunlich; brothers, Thomas and Christopher Braunlich; father-in-law, Robert Muchenski; also aunts, uncles, and cousins. James was preceded in death by his father, William Braunlich. James spent the weekend before his death with his family and friends, and he was in high spirits and surrounded by loved ones during his final days.

Brandi Nicole Jones Brandi Nicole Jones, 26, of Bellevue, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, September 18, 2018. She was the daughter of Christine Jones and the late Bruce A. Jones; sister of Marissa Lee Jones; granddaughter of Mary Lou (Paul) Wolfarth and the late Joseph Eugene Matesic, Jr., Gladys Jones and the late John Calvin Jones; also survived by hundreds of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, great-cousins, godchildren, and lifetime friends, whom Brandi cherished dearly.


Lenora “Babe” Bauer Lenora “Babe” Bauer, 88, of Bellevue, died Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Lenora was born July 22, 1930. He was the husband of the late Amy M. (Nauer) Andracki; father of Jason Andracki and his wife, Liz of Meadville; cherished Popeye of his granddaughter, Iris V. Andracki; brother-in-law of Tim Nauer (Georgine) of Shaler Township and their family, Becca, Aaron, Rachel, Joe and George; dear friend and comrade of Mike Alexander (Sue) of Economy Borough and their children.


Joseph F. Stowell Joseph F. Stowell, 77, of Scottsdale, AZ, died July 10, 2018, from complications related to Alzheimer’s. He was preceded in death by Gayle, his wife of 53 years. Joe was born in Bellevue, PA to the late Joseph and Mary Stowell. After graduating from North Catholic High, Joe began his civilian career at HJ Heinz and attended University of Pittsburgh in the evenings, earning his bachelor’s degree. Upon graduating, Joe rejoined the armed forces as a member of the US Army Reserve, from which he retired after 20 years of service, with the rank of Lt. Colonel.

Virginia Ruth (Butler) Miranda Virginia “Ginny” Ruth (Butler) Miranda, 83, of Bellevue, went home to be with Jesus and her beloved husband, Jim, on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. Ginny was the only child of the late James and Sophie Butler. She was preceded in death by her husband, James who passed away in 2017. She had a long and impressive career as a top-notch secretary working for a senator, a district attorney, an airline executive and retired as a public servant for Allegheny County.
