Thelma Fitzgerald
Thelma R. Fitzgerald, 91, formerly of Sewickley and Bellevue and wife of the late John D. Fitzgerald Sr., died Monday, Aug. 31, 2015.
She is survived by three children, Carol Fitzgerald, Pat Koche and her husband Ross and Michael Fitzgerald and his wife Jean; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons, John D. Fitzgerald Jr. and his wife Barbara Soltis, Robert Fitzgerald and James Fitzgerald and his wife Debra.
There was no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Teresa of Avila Church on Thursday. Burial was in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Vincentian Home, 111 Perrymont Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Arrangements were made by the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue.

Angela Myers
Angela "Tootsie" Myers, 88, formerly of Pittsburgh and wife of the late John Francis Myers, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015.
She is survived by three children, Barbara Lugaila, Joseph Myers and his wife Michelle and Jon Myers and his partner Jim Kraus; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Mickey Lugaila; and two siblings, Jean O'Leary and her husband Bill and Martha Tutera.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Risen Lord Church on Thursday. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001.

Kelly Wolford
Kelly Lynn Donahue Wolford, 38, of Hampton., formerly of Brighton Heights, died Monday, Aug. 31, 2015.
She is survived by her husband, John W. Wolford III; her son, Devin John Wolford; her parents, Kevin and Romona Donahue; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Valorie Wolford; two siblings, Colleen Marie Mahoney and her husband Sean and Kevin Thomas Donahue and his wife Jessica Anne; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass will be held today, Friday, in Risen Lord Church at 10 a.m.

Thaddeus Polak
Thaddeus Polak, 84, of Bellevue, died Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, in North Carolina.
Thaddeus was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his niece, Deborah Jennings and great-niece, Codi Alexander, and is survived by his brother, Waclaw Polak (Georgette); sisters-in-law, Shirley Cole (George) and Michelle Robb; nephew and nieces: Michael Polak (Jean), Laural Lindsay (David), Lisa Alexander (Bruce), Christine Polak; and great-nephews and nieces: Todd Polak(Heidi), Megan Polak, Kaela Vance (Robert), Kyle Jennings, Kelsey Jennings, Heather Lindsay, Haley Lindsay, Leticia Patino, Taylor Alexander, Chase Alexander, Brandon Alexander, Cathrine Alexander, Alexis Snyder and Zachary Snyder.
The family will receive friends 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Inc., Bellevue, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Church of the Assumption, Bellevue, on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery, Ross Township.
