Donna Flory
Donna M. Talak Flory died Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Loose and her husband Alex of Conneautville, PA; her father, Jack Talak; three siblings, Darlene Radzanowski, David and Dennis Talak; and two grandchildren, Chole A. and Dante S. Loose. She was preceded in death by her mother, R.M. Geraldine White Talak; and her brother, Daniel Talak.
A memorial mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Wednesday. Donations are suggested to Rundells Grange, c/o Nancy Holler, 20161 Smith Rd., Conneautville, PA 16046.

Pauline Mosur
Pauline S. Mosur, wife of the late Michael Mosur, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Sebolt of Bethel Park. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Siniowsky.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral service was held in St. George Ukrainian Church on Thursday.

Mary Tibi
Mary R. McDonald Tibi, 86, of Pittsburgh, wife of the late Charles W. Tibi, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009.
She is survived by four children, Thomas Tibi and his wife Laurie, Patricia Tibi, Russell Tibi and his wife Nancy and Suzanne Kindsvater and her husband Kenneth; five grandchildren, Thomas Tibi Jr. and his wife Amanda, Joshua Rowe, Debra Davies, Rebecca Timms and Christopher Nardozzi; six great-grandchildren, Jacob, Tristyn and Quinton Tibi, Richard and Douglas Davies and Brittney Duffy; and a great-great-grandson, Troy Davies.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Monday.

Florence Burns
Florence Helen Krizmanick Burns, 81, of Zelienople, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009.
Mrs. Burns was a member of Greybrook Garden Club.
She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Burns; her son, Larry Burns of Connecticut; three siblings, John Krizmanick of Chicago, IL, Edward Krizmanick of Bellevue and Alice Schindledecker of Zelienople; her grandson, Dillon of Connecticut; and nieces and nephews.
Friends were received at A. Carl Kensey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, Zelienople, until the time of services on Saturday with the Rev. William Brewer officiating. Burial was private.

Gertrude Lucas
Gertrude “Trudy” Lucas, 83, of Bellevue, formerly of McKees Rocks, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009.
Ms. Lucas had been a volunteer at Suburban General Hospital for several years.
She is survived by her brother, Donald G. Lucas and his wife Connie; a niece; and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marie Lucas.
Services and burial were private. Arrangements were made by McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon.

Mary Catherine Mazula
Mary Catherine Uravich Mazula, 86, of Roseville, IL, formerly of Bellevue and wife of the late Joseph E. Mazula, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009.
Mrs. Mazula worked for Telephone Answering Service for more than 15 years. She was a longtime member of the Church of the Assumption and an active member of North Boroughs AARP.
She is survived by two children, Audrey Adkisson and her husband David of Roseville, IL and Thomas Mazula and his wife Anne of Ross Township; her sister, Barbara McCollum and her husband Robert; four grandchildren, Barbara Maxyczak and her husband Duane, Michael S. Nau, Jessica Mazula and J.T. Mazula; two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Alexie Maxyczak; a step-grandson, Nathan Adkisson. She was the aunt of Jan Kunst and her husband Douglas and Julia Anderson and her husband Clifford. She was preceded in death by her son, John A. Mazula; her parents, John F. and Barbara A. Uravich; and six siblings.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Thursday. Burial was in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Mary Weber
Mary H. Bonstingl Weber, 91, formerly of Bellevue and the North Side, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2009.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Ali Kriger and her husband David of Ambridge, PA and Janet Large and her husband David of Colorado; her sister, Helen Gerst; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Friends were received at T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, North Hills, where services were held on Friday.

Margaret Franz
Margaret P. Buyna Franz of Brighton Heights, wife of the late Harry E. Franz, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009.
She is survived by four children, Deborah Kocab and her husband Rick of New Mexico, Kathleen DeStefano, Cheryl Williams and Chris Franz; her brother, Stephen Buyna; nine grandchildren, Stacy, Jeannine, Deborah, Brittany, Jimmy, Matthew, Hillary, Hannah and Keith; and four great-grandchildren, Zachary, Elijah, Madison and A.J. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Theresa Lamping and Dorothy Buyna; and her son-in-law, Matthew DeStefano.

Beatrice Rush
Beatrice L. Rush, wife of the late James E. Rush, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009.
She is survived by five children, James E. Rush Jr. of Mt. Washington, Donald R. Rush of Cranberry Township, Ralph G. Rush and Larry Rush, both of the North Side and Linda Hindman of Chicago, IL; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Edward Ondek and Dorothy Baratka.

John Dengler Jr.
John G. Dengler Jr., 88, of Fombell, PA, husband of the late Edith Aippersbach Dengler, died Friday, Sept. 18, 2009.
Mr. Dengler owned Dengler Auto Body for many years. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
He is survived by six children, John G. Dengler III and his wife Cassandra of Level Green, PA, David C. Dengler, Stephen H. Dengler, Jeffrey W. Dengler and Daniel Dengler Sr. and his wife Jeri, all of Pittsburgh and Donna L. Nellis and her husband Rick of Zelienople; two sisters, Coletta Murphy and Dorothea Schmitz, both of Pittsburgh; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Keith R. Dengler; and his brother, William Dengler.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon, where a blessing service was held on Wednesday. Burial was in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.

Jean Charnesky
Jean W. Stewart Charnesky, 87, of Ross Township, wife of the late Felix Thomas Charnesky, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009.
She is survived by six children, Patricia Brown, Thomas P., John W. and Bobby Charnesky, Kimberly Krack and James M. Charnesky; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Madeline Wyman
Madeline DeCarlo Wyman, 93, formerly of Ross Township and wife of the late Raymond C. Wyman, died Friday, Sept. 18, 2009 in Wexford House.
Mrs. Wyman was a longtime member of St. Athanasius Church. She was a teacher at Assumption School before retiring. She also was an assistant at the Bellevue tax office.
She is survived by three children, Kenneth R. Wyman and his wife Phyllis of New York, Marcia Anderson and her husband Robert of Las Vegas, NV and Mark C. Wyman and his wife Cathy of Baden, PA; her sister, Mercedes McCarroll; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Devon, Justin, Ross, Luke and Nathan; a great-grandchild, Riley; and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret DeCarlo; and five siblings, Norbert DeCarlo, Charles DeCarlo, Peggy Kinderman, Beatrice Snyder and Jean Salkeld.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Athanasius Church, West View, on Friday.
