Paul Glevicky Jr.
Paul A. Glevicky Jr., 78, of Brighton Heights, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015.
He worked in the steel industry for 47 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing bingo.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Doran Glevicky; four children, Paul A. Glevicky III and his wife Rhonda, Kellyann Glevicky Morrison, Kathyann Glevicky Antonucci and her husband Gerard Jr. and Mark S. Glevicky and his wife Denise; his stepdaughter, Roseanne Paich; 24 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two stepchildren; one step-granddaughter; and three step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mae Gordon Glevicky; and his parents, Paul A. Sr. and Anna Papinchak Glevicky.
There was no visitation and services were private. Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Mary J. Meno Slepski, wife of the late Norbert Slepski, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015.
She is survived by five children,Thomas Mascara and his wife Denise Bobeck, Marlene Loebig and her husband John, David Slepski and his wife Diane, Norbert Slepski and his wife Susan and Robert Slepski and his wife Janet; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Pushnack.

Marion Rose Scannell Heyl, 88, of Avalon, wife of the late Armonde "Abe" Heyl, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015.
Mrs. Heyl was a Mt. Assisi Academy graduate. She worked at Koppers Corp. and in the Northgate school cafeteria. She was active with the Girl Scouts and an avid bingo player. She was a longtime member of the Church of the Assumption and a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Lampl and her husband Jeff, Linda Weissert and her husband Gary and Karen Savicki and her husband Mark; two siblings, Raymond F. Scannell and his wife Mildred and Eleanor Hayes and her husband Ed; eight grandchildren, Joe and his wife Carrie, Jim and his wife Nedra and Bob Herman, Sam and Sarah Lampl, Sheri Greene and her husband Josh, Charlie and his wife Kim and Samantha Costa; 12 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Scannell.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Monday.
Franchard G. "Frank" Christie, 86, of Ohio Township, died Friday, Sept. 4, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia L. Christie; two children, Gerald "Jerry" Christie and his wife Sandra and Sandra Leininger; and four grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachael, Christopher and Aaron.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon. Services were held in Bellevue United Presbyterian Church on Wednesday. Burial was in Woodland Cemetery, Grove City. Memorials are suggested to his church at 456 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue, PA 15202.
Rev. Annette Bolds
Rev. Dr. Annette B. Bolds, 63, of Pittsburgh, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015.
Rev. Bolds was a United Methodist pastor for 32 years in the Philadelphia, Chester and Pittsburgh areas. She currently was serving the Dravosburg and McKeesport churches. She had taught at Philadelphia University and Beaver Community College. She recently received a doctor of ministry degree at Wesley Theological Seminary. She was active in several local and national church ministries and was involved in social justice issues.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. Stanley Bolds; her son, Michael Bolds and his wife Iris Jacob; her sister, Marian Jarrett and her husband Charles; two grandchildren, Ifetayo and Ozioma Bolds Jacob; her brother-in-law, Elvin Martin and his wife Faye; her niece, Lisa Heidkamp and her husband Eric; and 12 cousins, Michael B. Sisak, Theodore Sisak, Suzanne Katrinak, Patricia Brensinger, Toni Farah, Ron Michalisin, Michael Michalisin, David Michalisin, Judy O'Rourke, John Sisak Jr., Carol Stern and Mary Johnson; and their children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Margaret Bobby.

Helen E. Koller Forkin, wife of the late Melvin C. Forkin, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015.
Mrs. Forkin had volunteered for many years at Brighton Heights Meals On Wheels and Woods Run Friends of the Library.
She is survived by two sons, William Forkin and Paul Forkin and his wife Sandy; five grandchildren, Emily, Eric, Russell, Lori and Daniel; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Forkin.

Jeffrey M. Oldaker, 45, of Ford City, PA died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Eileen Oldaker; his brother, Michael Oldaker and his wife Kathy; and his companion, Pat McCarthy.
