Walter Zotter
Walter J. "Zotter the Potter" Zotter, 59 of South Side died Saturday, May 29, 2010.
Mr. Zotter operated Zotter Pottery since 1976 and his pottery was sold all over the U.S. and foreign countries. He was a graduate of Avonworth High School and Thiel College. He was an avid cyclist.
He is survived by his mother, Jessie C. Zotter of Ben Avon; four brothers, Randy Zotter and his wife Leslie Ward, Paul Zotter and his wife Nina, Craig Zotter and John Zotter; seven nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Findlay, Maggie, Jordan, Marcus, Jack and Mitchell; his grandniece, Emma; and his two Jack Russell terriers, Wilma and Stella. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter J. Zotter Sr.; and his sister, Jo Ann Dimling.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon.

Michael Brunner Sr.
Michael Louis Brunner Sr., 78, of Kilbuck Township, died Monday, May 31, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, R. Elaine Brunner; two sons, Michael Louis Brunner Jr. and his wife Ann of Crafton and Russell Steven Brunner and his wife Caryn; his sister, Agnes Neuner; five grandchildren, Aaron Michael, Adam Louis, Michael Louis III, William Steven and Sarah Catherine Brunner; and two great-grandchildren, Alyssa Nicole and Patrick Michael Brunner. He was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Betty Ann Grosjean
Betty Ann Grosjean, 56, of Rural Ridge, PA died Tuesday, May 25, 2010.
Ms. Grosjean worked in the office of Dr. Wallace C. Gauntner, PC, in Avalon for 30 years.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy M. Grosjean; three sisters, Dorothy G. Geary and her husband John, Virginia Leibach and her husband William and Ruth M. Foster and her husband Gary; five nieces and nephews, Tracy Sarver and her husband Paul, William Swarmer and his wife Colleen, Laura Morse, Burt and Michael Leibach; and five grandnieces and grandnephews, William and Brittany Swarmer, Jonathan, Kimberly and Matthew Sarver. She was preceded in death by her father, William J. Grosjean.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon, where services were held on Friday. Burial was in Uniondale Cemetery. Donations are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation, 700 Fifth Ave., #4, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

Andrew Yakim
Andrew J. Yakim of West View died Tuesday, May 25, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Eve Urben Yakim; three children, Greg Yakim, Andrew Yakim and his wife Vicky and Nancy Fluke; and three grandchildren, Rebecca, Jessica and James.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue, where a blessing service was held on Friday. Burial was in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

Patrick Martin
Patrick Henry Martin, 82, of Ben Avon died Thursday, May 27, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Vaughn A. Martin; four children, Dennis Patrick Martin, Patricia Louise Stadelman and her husband Joseph, Donna Jeanne Brida and Dorothy Evelyn Mitchell and her husband Alcuin; five siblings, Hugh Jr., Edward, Helen Dorothy, Francis and Mary Lou; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon, where services were held on Sunday.

James Bridge
James D. Bridge, 74, of Bellevue and Economy Borough, died Wednesday, May 26, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Dora Costa Bridge; four children, Doug Bridge and Ken Spriggs, both of Economy, Pam Mineard and her husband Jeff of Conway, PA and Stacey Azhar-Serrano and her husband Lou of Arizona; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends were received at Poland Funeral Home, Conway, where services were held on Saturday.

Deborah Smith
Deborah L. Smith, 49, of Bellevue died Sunday, May 30, 2010.
Ms. Smith was a 1978 graduate of Northgate High School.
She is survived by her daughter, Alyssa Belle Jackson; her brother, William Smith; her uncle, William Rhodes; and her companion, Dennis Kozlowski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Betty Smith.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue, where services were held on Wednesday. Burial was in Allegheny County Memorial Park.
