Robert Besser
Robert John Besser, 79, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Bellevue and husband of the late Betty Schiellien Besser, died Sunday, June 7,2015.
Mr. Besser was a Bellevue High School and Duquesne University graduate.
He is survived by two sisters, Betty Haughin of Zelienople and Mary Alice Naylor of Bradenton, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emerick and Elizabeth Pohlot Besser; and his brother, Emerick Besser.
Services and burial were held in Arizona.

Carol Lee Coward
Carol Lee Coward, 78, of Pittsburgh, wife of the late Leslie C. Coward Sr., died Thursday, June 18, 2015.
She is survived by two children, Leslie C. Coward Jr. and Elizabeth Magill and her husband Michael; two siblings, Buddy and Bobby Weimer; and her cousin, Doug Enscoe.
There was no visitation and services were private. Arrangements were made by the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon.

Hugh Harman
Hugh Glenn Harman Jr., 82, of Brighton Heights died Friday, June 19, 2015.
Mr. Harman was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a Pittsburgh police officer for 22 years.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Harman; two children, Jane Harman Albright and her husband Mike and Brian Harman and his wife Tammie; two sisters, Laurine Shannon and her husband Jim and Marilyn Visnansky; three grandchildren, Dean Harman, Drew and Jordan Albright; and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh G. Sr. and Lillian A. Harman.
Friends were received at Simons Funeral Home, North Hills, where services were held on Tuesday.

Jane Espy
Jane L. Espy, 91, formerly of Ben Avon and wife of the late Robert F. Espy Sr., died Friday, June 19, 2015.
Mrs. Espy, along with her husband, owned and operated a catering business, restaurant and grocery store.
She is survived by two children, Robert F. Espy Jr. and his wife Amy of Franklin Park and Martha Espy and her companion Dave of Ross Township; her brother, William Logan; five grandchildren, Randi Scott, Kyri Espy, Zachary, Rachel and Rebecca Sullivan; seven great-grandchildren, Jacob Robert and Mason Edward Johnston, Paisley Jane Scott, Ella and Danny Desario and Jacob and Becca Pachesky; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marsha Domville and Joanne Orr.
Services and burial were private. Donations are suggested to Holy Family Manor, 301 Nazareth Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15229. Arrangements were made by McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon.

Myrona Duggan
Myrona Kundrat Duggan, 82, of Emsworth, wife of the late William Duggan, died Sunday, June 21, 2015.
She is survived by sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Theresa Kundrat, Margaret and Ron Frankovich and Cecelia Duggan; and four nieces and nephews, Jack and Betsy Kundrat, Jill and Steven Frankovich. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Sr. and Maria Kundrat; five siblings, Mary Kresko and her husband George, Andrew Jr., Ann, Charles and his wife Mary and Myron; her brother, John; brother-in-law, Jerry Duggan; and a niece and nephew, Robert and Laura Kundrat.
There was no visitation. Services were held in Holy Ghost Byzantine Church on Thursday. Contributions are suggested to Holy Ghost Church Radio Ministry. Arrangements were made by Valerian F. Szal Funeral Home, McKees Rocks.

Michael Keally
Michael W. Keally died Sunday, June 21, 2015.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer L. Stutz and her husband Gary; three siblings, James Keally, Janet Keally and her husband Mike Hegol and Frank Keally and his wife Judy; and his grandson, Connor M. Stutz. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ann Koms Keally; and three siblings, Joseph Keally, Mary Anne Evans and Mildred Shomaker.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Wednesday.

Erika Plizga
Erika Plizga, 83, of Avalon, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015.
Mrs. Plizga was retired from Suburban General Hospital, where she was a nurse's aide.
She is survived by her husband, Adam W. Plizga; three sons, Walter Plizga and his wife Michele, Stephen Plizga and his wife Kathy and Gregory Plizga and his wife Lynn; three grandchildren, Luke, Jessica and Erik Plizga; and nieces and nephews in Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held today, Friday, in the Church of the Assumption at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to UPMC Passavant Hospital Foundation, 9100 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237.

James McKay
James W. McKay, 90, of Gibsonia, husband of the late Anne J. Jordan McKay, died Wednesday, June 10, 2015.
Mr. McKay had been a pilot in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He was an instructor pilot with the Air Force Reserves #911. He enjoyed woodworking, plumbing and electric. He sang bass in a barbershop quartet and his church choir.
He is survived by two daughters, Lynn M. Myslwiec and her husband Lynn of GA and Terri A. Swingle and her husband Larry of Brighton Heights; and two grandsons, Chaz Swingle of Washington, DC and Jake Myslewiec of GA.
Friends were received at Schellhaas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Bakerstown, where a memorial service was held on Saturday. Memorial donations are suggested to Hosanna Industries, 109 Kinard Lane, Rochester, PA 15074.

Clara Shillinger
Clara M. Orr Shillinger, 85, wife of the late Donald W. Shillinger, died Thursday, June 11, 2015.
Mrs. Shillinger was an active member of the Ladies of Ancient Order of Hibernians. She was a graduate of St. Mary of the Mount High School and a member of the alumni association.
She is survived by five children, William J. Shillinger and his wife Adriana, Sandra L. Granberg and her husband Russ of Carlisle, PA, Shirley A. Sestric and her husband Gary, Timothy J. Shillinger and his wife Janine and Daniel K. Shillinger; four grandchildren, Jessica Miller, Erin E. Sestric, Kate and Kevin Shillinger; a great-granddaughter, Madilyn McClain; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Elizabeth Joyce Orr; five siblings, Edgar, Jack and George Orr, Marian Liest and Joyce Metzler; and her grandson, Nicholas Miller.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Monday.
