Irene Hawk
Irene B. Hawk, 96, of Ben Avon, wife of the late Dr. Brainard Hawk, died Wednesday, April 27, 2011.
She is survived by four children, Dr. Alan Hawk and his wife Sandra, Dr. David Hawk and his wife Brenda, Linda Kluge and her husband Roger and Susan Coy; seven grandchildren, Jeffrey, Noah, Lisa, Ellen, Leah, David Jr. and Jessica; and three great-grandchildren, Kelly, Madeline and Paul. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Hawk.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon. Services and burial were private. Donations are suggested to Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon, 7501 Church Ave., Ben Avon, PA 15202 or Employee Appreciation Fund, Masonic Village at Sewickley, 1000 Masonic Dr., Sewickley, PA 15143.

Beverly Newman
Beverly A. Newman, 58, of Evans City, formerly of Bellevue and wife of the late William Newman, died Saturday, April 30, 2011 in LAS St. John Specialty Care Center, Mars, PA.
She is survived by two sons, William Newman and his wife Kimberly of Evans City and John Newman and his wife Crystal of Freedom, PA; her sister, Yvonne Titus and her husband David of Evans City; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. and Sonia Braverman Gill.
Arrangements were made by McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, Mars.

James Hosey
James W. Hosey, 60, of Bellevue died Saturday, April 30, 2011.
He is survived by his mother, Jane Castor Hosey; two siblings, Thomas Hosey and his wife Linda Raab of Ross Township and Nancy J. Josey of North Carolina; two nephews; two grandnieces; and a grandnephew. He was preceded in death by his father, James T. Hosey.
Friends were received at Simons Funeral Home, North Hills, where services were held on Thursday. Memorial contributions are suggested to Great Allegheny Passage, P.O. Box 95, West Newton, PA 15089.

Evelyn Lococo
Evelyn L. "Nunny" Lococo, wife of the late Joseph Lococo, died Sunday, May 1, 2011.
She is survived by four children, Deborah Ann, Samuel and his wife Mary, Kimberly and Aliceann Lococo; her sister, Gladys Buchlmayer; and three grandchildren, Kelley Romesburg and her husband Richard, Joseph and Nicholas Lococo.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Wednesday.

Sr. M. Ricarda, OSF
Sr. M. Amelia Husava Ricarda, OSF, 79, of Mt. Assisi Convent Motherhouse, Ross Twp., died Monday, May 2, 2011.
Sr. Ricarda received a bachelor of science degree in education at Carlow University and a masters degree in library science from Duquesne University. She served as elementary and secondary teacher in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Arizona and Rome, Italy. She also attended the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and was the residents' beautician at Marian Hall Personal Care Home. She was an avid bicycle rider in her early years.
She is survived by four siblings, Rudolph of Pittsburgh, Joseph of San Demas, CA, Agnes Bechtold and Ann Meehan, both of Pittsburgh. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ignatius and Julia Pollock Husava; and three brothers, Steve, John and James.
Friends were received at Mt. Assisi Convent. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Queen of Angels Chapel on Wednesday. Arrangements were made by the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue.
