Rosalie Downs
Rosalie "Rowie" Pace Downs of Brighton Heights, wife of the late James Downs, died Saturday, May 4, 2013.
She is survived by five siblings, August "Ted" Pace, Jean Cej, Anthony Pace, Mary Lou Melcher and Jerry Pace; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Joseph Pace, Edward Pace, Julius Pace and William Pace and Ronnie Pace.
Friends were received at T.B. Devlin Funeral Home., Ross Township. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Risen Lord Parish on Wednesday. Contributions are suggested to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

Donald Wagner
Donald J. Wagner died Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Lou West Wagner; two siblings, Marie Nestor and Norbert Wagner; and niece and nephews.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Sacred Heart Church in Emsworth on Saturday. Memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association.

Anthony Fedyna
Anthony Fedyna, 102, husband of the late Katherine Warholak Fedyna, died Friday, April 12, 2013.
He is survived by his sister, Theodora Petruska; nieces and nephews; and a dear friend, Deb DeAndrea. He was preceded in death by his son, Anthony Theodore Fedyna; and four sisters, Julia Kutcher, Mildred Altenhof, Stella Rychkun and Mary Ann Lozer.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral of Christian burial was held in St. George Ukrainian Church on Tuesday. Cynthia Ross
Cynthia Ann Buczko Ross, 55, of Cranberry Township, formerly of Ohio Township and wife of the late Charles A. Ross, died Sunday, May 5, 2013 in UPMC Passavant, Cranberry.
Mrs. Ross was a 1975 graduate of Avonworth High School and studied accounting at Robert Morris College. She was the chief finance officer for Combustion Services and Equipment.
She is survived by two sons, Benjamin A. and Brandon J. Ross, both of Cranberry; two brothers, Mark Buczko and his wife Holly of Hopewell and Edward D. Buczko and his wife Judy of Denver, CO; three nephews and a niece, Aaron Buczko, Adam Buczko and his wife Dawn, Eric Buczko and Nicole Whitehead and her husband Brett; and a grandniece, Anika. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward T. and Florence L. Hune Buczko.
Friends were received at Copeland's Moon Township Funeral Home, where a blessing service was held on Friday with Fr. Richard Jones officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery. Donations are suggested to Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Co., 1629 Haines School Rd., Cranberry, PA 16066.

Richard Stein
Richard J. Stein, 83, of Ross Township, formerly of Brighton Heights and husband of the late Mary Kay Evans Stein, died Monday, May 6, 2013.
He is survived by five children, Kathryn Gaertner and her husband Paul, Patty Zapf and her husband Jim, Peg Miller and her husband Joe, Susan Quattrociocchi and her husband Rob and Joe Stein and his wife Lisa; three siblings, Robert Stein, James Stein and his wife Cathy and William Stein; 10 grandchildren, Beth Zarega and her husband Dave, Bill Gaertner and his wife Cassidy, Jim Zapf and his wife Nicole, Jason Zapf and his wife Ronni, Jessica Papcunik and her husband Joel, Tim and Justin Miller, Andrew Quattrociocchi, Taylor and Carson Stein; two great-grandchildren, Jack and Mairin; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Margaret Comer Stein; and his sister-in-law, Edna Mae Stein.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum. Mary Louise McCurdy
Mary Louise McCurdy, 86, of Berkeley Hills, wife of the late Ted McCurdy, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in Rockynol Assisted Living in Akron, OH.
Mrs. McCurdy was a graduate of South Side High School and received a bachelor of arts degree at the University of Pittsburgh. She was a member of Kappa Gamma sorority and Memorial Park Presbyterian Church and Twin and Blossom Garden Club.
She is survived by two children, Tim McCurdy and his wife Carol of Coudersport, PA and Marcia Wolff of Akron; three grandchildren, Lindsay Zedonek and her husband Mark of Pittsburgh, Kyle McCurdy of Ann Arbor, MI and Matthew McCurdy of Coudersport; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Wrenshall of Avalon and Norine Lucas of Chapel Hill, NC; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lually Stickle; and her brother, Bill.
Donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the National Parkinson Foundation. Arrangements were made by Simons Funeral Home, North Hills.
