Mary Patricia “Pat” Keir
Mary Patricia “Pat” Keir, 90, of Avalon, died Saturday, May 4, 2019.
She was the former spouse of the late Robert I. Keir; mother of Robert J. (Sandra) Keir, Tom (Beth) Keir, Gary Keir and Lynn (Bob) Botterman; grandmother of Cameron (Carolyn) Keir, Evan Keir, Maria and Katie Botterman; great grandmother of Charlotte Keir; sister of the late Donald Stoeckle.
Pat was a member of the Church of the Assumption Christian Mothers and was a former Eucharistic Minister.

Rita (Schad) Etter
Rita (Schad) Etter, 89, of Masonic Village, formerly of Emsworth, died Monday, April 29, 2019.
She is survived by her children, Gary (Nancy), of Hartland, WI, Greg, of Athens, Greece, Glenn (Suzan), of Franklin Park, Gail, of Pittsburgh, Genie (Bruce) Gardner, of Indianapolis, IN, Gordon (Kristine), of Franklin, TN, and Gretchen, of Emsworth. Also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her sisters, Elva Scherling and Thelma Lehmeier; in-laws, Jerry Etter and Veronica Schad; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don, with whom she enjoyed 54 years of marriage; as well as her brothers, Charlie and Paul.
Rita was a voracious reader. She truly enjoyed birds, flowers, building puzzles, and playing games like Tripoley.
There was no visitation.

Bruce R. Staudenmaier
Bruce R. Staudenmaier, 92, of Bellevue, died Saturday, April 27, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Betsy Forrester; brothers, James, Harry and Jack; survived by son, Robert B. (Mamie) Staudenmaier; grandchildren, Julie Hundley, Luke R. (Kate), Danny (Katie) Forrester, Jonathan (Jessica) Forrester and four great-grandchildren.
He was a WWII Army veteran and retired officer of the Pittsburgh Police Department.
Private funeral services were arranged by the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc.
Sherri E. Jones
Sherri E. Jones, 55, of Emsworth, died Monday, April 29, 2019, after a long battle with illness.
She leaves behind a true friend, her caregiver, Philip Nanni.
She was the daughter of Joanne A. Hyde and the late Alvin C. Jones; sister of Jeff C. Jones and Zachary Jones; niece of Maureen Golden, Barbara Hyde, Andrew (Kathleen) Golden, and Dorothy Jadlowiec; aunt of Holly, Afton, and Jay.
Services will be private.

Joel Gray Bossard
Joel Gray Bossard, 90, recently of Cherry Hill, NJ, formerly a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, died Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
He was the husband of 61 years of Ann Elwell Bossard; father of Jane (Nick) Marton of Cherry Hill, NJ and Mimi (Alex) Eckman of Naples, FL; grandfather of Nick Marton of NYC, NY and Mary Ann Eckman of Columbus, OH and Alexandra Eckman of Naples, FL; brother of Mary Ann Staab of Tulsa, OK and of the late Robert Buzzard and Cynthia Vincent.
Gray was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Second Lieutenant. He worked in the metals industry, serving as Pittsburgh District Manager for the Ohio Ferro Alloys Corporation, later starting his own company in metal sales.
He was an elder in the Presbyterian Church. He was also a member emeritus of the Pittsburgh Junta and a 32nd degree Mason.

Shirley A. Kinslow, 80, died March 18, 2018.
Forever in Our Hearts, friends are invited to join her family Friday, May 17, 2019, for a Celebration of Life, 5 p.m., at the Cabin, North Park.
