Rev. Robert Fitzpatrick
Rev. Robert B. Fitzpatrick, 87, of Thornburg, PA, husband of the late Claire Hood Fitzpatrick, died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011.
He is survived by three children, Susan Ammon and her husband Joseph of Beaver, PA, Robert Fitzpatrick and his wife Bridget of Bridgeville, PA and Carol Zoner and her husband Steve of San Mateo, CA; three stepchildren, Harold Hood and his wife Hud, Christie O'Neill and her husband Bruce and Dan Hood and his wife Marsha; his brother, Warren Fitzpatrick of Sewickley; six grandchildren, Kyle Fitzpatrick, Lisa Craven and her husband Kyle, Dustin Hood, David, Jay and Susan Cooper; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by six siblings, Mildred and Mary Louise Fitzpatrick, Jean Schade, Roy Fitzpatrick, Shirley Kunkel and Nancy Klein.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon. Funeral services were held in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Scott Township, on Monday. Memorial contributions are suggested to his church at 1700 Bower Hill Rd., Scott Township, PA 15243 or the American Diabetes Association.

Lorraine Kiss
Lorraine J. Foust Kiss, 88, of Bellevue, wife of the late Carl Kiss, died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Tolkacevic; her grandson, Robert Tolkacevic; and four great-grandchildren, Tara, Turi, Abby and Jacob Riley Tolkacevic. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Kiss.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Saturday.

Barbara Rittmeyer
Barbara A. Rittmeyer died Friday, Feb. 25, 2011.
She is survived by her sister, Mickey Rittmeyer Bauer and her husband Frank; four nieces and nephews, John G. Mankevich Jr., Sharyl R. Volpe, Steven M. Mankevich and Jennifer L. Birsa; and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Tuesday.

Gertrude Fore
Gertrude E. Glatz Fore, 85, of Avalon, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011.
She is survived by four children, Karen L. Fore, John D. Fore and his wife Sue, Wayne A. Fore and Barbara J. Carik and her husband Joseph; her sister, Anna Mae Crowley; and five grandchildren, Thomas P. Bennett Jr. and his wife Michelle, Ashley E. O'Farrell and her husband John, Andrea N. Carik, Vanessa L. Carik and John R. Kuzma Jr. She was preceded in death by two children, Rebekah A. Bennett and John K. Fore Jr.; and two brothers, John A. Glatz Jr. and Raymond M. Glatz.
Friends were received at Schellhaas Funeral Home, West View. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Wednesday. Donations are suggested to St. Barnabas Nursing Home, 5850 Meridian Rd., Gibsonia, PA 15044.

Lois Rapp
Lois J. Tout Rapp, 81, of Avalon, wife of the late George P. Rapp, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011.
She is survived by four children, Harry and his wife Gael, Timothy, Lois Jean Reilly and Susan Bourquin and her husband Dan Golembiewski; nine grandchildren, Amanda Hoyt, Jordan Rapp, Kristina Belcastro, Sarah and Rebecca Zanotti and Krissy Bourquin; five great-grandchildren; and her daughter-in-law, Pamela. She was preceded in death by her son, George D.; and two siblings, Mary White and James Tout.
Friends were received at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Ross Township, where services were held on Thursday.

Doreen Bowen
Doreen Bowen, 77, of Emsworth, wife of the late Norman F. Bowen, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011.
She is survived by five children, Terri Ann Sulecki and her husband Matthew, Tracy Graff and her husband Earl, Margie Kurladski and her husband Dennis, Judy Eiben and her husband Steve and Timothy Bowen and his wife Patty; her sister, Audrey Garcia; and 11 grandchildren, Kay-leigh, Bryce, Garrett, Earl, Miranda, Madison, Jessica, Steven, Kyle, Evan and Isabella. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Genevieve Campbell; her brother, James Campbell; and her grandson, Timothy.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Sacred Heart Church in Emsworth on Friday. Burial was in Mt. Royal Cemetery.

John Gilmour Jr.
John V. Gilmour Jr., 93, of LaGrange Park, IL, formerly of Ben Avon Heights, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011.
Mr. Gilmour was employed by Gulf Oil Corp. for 31 years. He was a decorated World War II pilot.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Gilmour; three sons, Peter S. Gilmour of Scottsdale, AZ, Mark R. Gilmour and his wife Midge E. of Hinsdale, IL and Thomas C. Gilmour of New York City, NY; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, John V. Gilmour III.
Funeral services were held in Fenney Funeral Home, Ridgewood, NJ.

Joseph Skeva
Joseph V. Skeva died Monday, Feb. 28, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn E. "Kathy" DeLo Skeva; his daughter, Jennifer L. Heinl and her husband Mark; and a grandson, Christian J. Heinl.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral service was held in Brighton Heights Lutheran Church on Friday. Burial was in United Cemetery.

Julie Marie Dickson
Julie Marie Dickson, 30, died Feb. 16, 2011.
She was a graduate of Quaker valley High School. She loved the outdoors, sun, water, getting her nails done and shoes.
She leaves her daughter, Bryanna L. Dickson; her mother, Susan Bunce Smith; her father, Mike Dickson; a brother and two sisters; and her stepfather, Dave Smith.
