Lois Hutchison
Lois "Hutch's Mom" Hutchison of Pittsburgh died Monday, March 19, 2012.
She is survived by six children, Sheila Harvey-Meta, Cindy Johnston, Frank Hutchison, Chris Burns, Kelly Demko and Edward Poplowski; 18 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Gayle Zagel and Donna Miller.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. Funeral services were held in Riverview United Presbyterian Church, Observatory Hill on Friday. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Matthew Church.

Mary Grace Goodell
Mary Grace Stanley Goodell, 53, of Butler, PA died Monday, March 12, 2012 in Butler Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Kyle Goodell; three daughters, Jennifer L. Goodell and her fiance Brendan Houck of Butler, Erin E. Goodell Doran and her husband Jeffrey of Bellevue and Chelsea A. Goodell Viglione and her husband Mark of Shippensburg, PA; her mother, Joyce Anderson Stanley; five siblings, Edward I. Stanley III, Ellen S. Thomaser, Kathleen S. Morrison, Sarah S. Suhr and Nancy S. O'Toole; five nieces; and six nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward I. Stanley Jr.; and her sister, Ann R. Stanley.
A memorial mass was held in St. Fidelis Church on Saturday with Fr. George J. Palick officiating. Memorial donations are suggested to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237, Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053 or a favorite charity. Arrangements were made by Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Butler.

Joseph Wojtkowski
Joseph R. Wojtkowski of Leetsdale, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne Brendle Wojtkowski; his son, Brian Wojtkowski and his wife Wendy of Ohio Township; two grandchildren,Samantha and Evan Wojtkowski; and three pets, Jasmine, Angel and Tara.
There was no visitation. Memorials are suggested to Good Samaritan Hospice House, 146 Neely School Rd., Wexford, PA 15090. Arrangements were made by John Syka Funeral Home, Ambridge.
Glenn McCarthy
Glenn T. "Mac" McCarthy, 50, of Ohio Township, formerly of the North Side and husband of the late Gina Phillips McCarthy, died Friday, March 16, 2012.
Mr. McCarthy worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 20 years.
He is survived by two sons, Keanan and Cameron McCarthy; five siblings, John McCarthy Jr. and his wife Claudette, Dennis McCarthy and his wife Royann, Kevin McCarthy and his wife Lynn, Richard McCarthy and his wife Ethel and Elizabeth Gordon and her husband Dave; his mother-in-law, Donna Phillips; and his sister-in-law, Amanda Davis.
Friends were received at T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Teresa of Avila Church on Wednesday.

Dorothy Giovanazzi
Dorothy K. Giovanazzi, 89, wife of the late Albert Giovanazzi, died Sunday, March 18, 2012.
Mrs. Giovanazzi was a longtime member of Risen Lord Parish, formerly St. Francis Xavier Church. She was the first woman elected to the parish council and she organized the parish festival for many years along with 18 years as chairperson of the church bingo. She was past president of Brighton Heights Athletic Association Women's Auxiliary and she volunteered at Vincentian Home, Mercy Providence Hospital and Little Sisters of the Poor. She enjoyed playing bingo, board games, cards and the slot machines. She also enjoyed singing St. Patrick's Day limericks.
She is survived by four daughters, Donna, Dee-Dee, Annette, Doreen Yoest and her husband Les and Dina Fisfis and her husband David; six grandchildren, Caralin Fohl, Allison and Adrea Yoest, Nicholas, Albert and Katherine Fisfis; and sister-in-law of Charles and Donna Connors, Ferd Lowry and Ed Rutledge; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman J. and Katherine Mungall Connors; five siblings, Florence Gunn, Ethel Lowry, Mary Rutledge, Norman Connors and Janet Connors; and sister-in-law of Margaret and Mike Sparano.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Risen Lord Church on Friday. Donations are suggested to Holy Family Institute, 8235 Ohio River Blvd., Emsworth, PA 15202.

Joseph Tronko Jr.
Joseph A. Tronko Jr., 66, of Woods Run, died Sunday, March 18, 2012.
Mr. Tronko was a retired U.S. postal employee, where he worked for more than 30 years. He retired from the McCandless and West View stations in 2000. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by four siblings, Antoinette Snyder and her husband Thomas of Butler Township, Nora Hendrie of Peters Township, Bill Tronko of Woods Run and Deborah Downey and her husband Dennis of Crafton Heights; and nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. Sr. and Eleanor Bonstingl Tronko.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Risen Lord Church on Wednesday. Burial was in Allegheny County Memorial Park.

Samuel Pastol
Samuel J. Pastol, 79, formerly of Bellevue, died Monday, March 19, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Murtha Pastol; his daughter, Peggy Pastol; four siblings, Jim and Tony Passatore, Rosemary Barnhart and Jean Passatore; his grandson, Dr. Michael S. O'Donovan and his wife Diane; and a great-grandson, Owen O'Donovan. He was preceded in death by his son, Sammy Pastol.
