Mary Coda-Anderson
On Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, Mary Virginia (Vilani) Anderson, lifelong resident of Bellevue, preceded in death by husbands Raymond E. Coda and Sidney J. Anderson; survived by daughters, Judy Carmichael and Faith (Ed) Sherk; stepdaughter, Beth Anderson (Jim) Miller; special niece, Donna Coda; grandchildren, Kevin Carmichael (Alexandra Miskalis), Kaitlyn and Jacob Panko, Natalie Sherk and Sarah Miller; sister Madeline (Richard) Cenci; brother, Anthony (Joan) Vilani; dear friend, Nancy Coda.
Family and friends gathered for a private visitation on Tuesday until the time of funeral at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Inc., Bellevue. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday at the Church of the Assumption, Bellevue. Interment followed in Christ Our Redeemer (North Side Catholic) Cemetery.

Madeline Sirianni
Madeline M. "Millie" Sirianni, 97, of Bellevue, wife of the late John Sirianni, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012.
She is survived by three daughters, Mary Ann Bricker and her husband Glenn, Elvira Moore and Linda Martin and her husband Joseph; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Lawrence Moore; and five siblings.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Monday.

Geraldine Amrhein
Geraldine M. Hartlep Amrhein, 75, of Bellevue, wife of the late Charles R. Amrhein, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012.
Mrs. Amrhein was a member of the Church of the Assumption Christian Mothers. She was a longtime employee of Kuhn's Market and she enjoyed playing cards.
She is survived by six children, Chuck Amrhein, Michael Amrhein, Thomas Amrhein and his wife Anne, Donna Turcsanyi, Eileen Krummert and her husband Ray and Gerri Lynn Brown and her husband Tom; two brothers, Elmer Hartlep and his wife Peggy and James Hartlep and his wife Joyce; 11 grandchildren, Daniel, Chrissy, Elizabeth, Michelle, Ross, Brett, Adam, Jake, Ben, Lauren and Nate; and a great-granddaughter, Kayla. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Helen Hartlep.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Saturday. Burial was in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Mary Bane
Mary E. Heastings Bane, 75, of Bellevue died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012.
She is survived by her husband, Robert R. Bane Sr.; four sons, James Long and his wife Susanne, George Bane, Robert Bane Jr. and his wife Lilly and Matthew Bane and his wife Joyce; three siblings, Chaz Heastings, Henry Heastings and Margaret Stein; six grandsons, Nathan, Robert III, Joshua, Ryan, William and Justin; and four great-grandchildren, Brayden, Chloe, Haylie and Madison. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Edward, Joseph and James Heastings.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Monday. Burial was in Allegheny County Memorial Park.

Frances Mathie
Frances Mohr Mathie of Avalon, wife of the late James Mathie, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012.
She is survived by two sons, Roger Mathie and his wife Laura and James Mathie II and his wife Laura; her sister, Marie Godkins; three grandsons, Roger, Mike and Josh Mathie; and three great-granddaughters, Lauren, Ciara and Hollie.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the Church of the Assumption on Saturday at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to her church at 45 N. Sprague Ave., Bellevue, PA 15202.

Roberta Case
Roberta E. McNair Case, 85, of Zelienople, formerly of Brighton Heights and wife of the late Eugene L. Case, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012.
Mrs. Case was an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Pittsburgh.
She is survived by her son, Robert N. Case and his wife Shari Manning of Cranberry; three grandchildren, Robert "R.J.," Jordan and Kylie; her cousin, Joan Hart; and dear friends, Jean Durica and Sally Jones. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mildred McNair.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon. Services were held in Allegheny County Memorial Park on Monday.

Maurice Wimbish
Maurice A. "Mo" Wimbish, 53, of Ross Township, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012.
Mr. Wimbish worked at Orchard Hill Church in adult ministry, serving as director of small group development. He administered the Eleos Pittsburgh program, which performs outreach in urban Pittsburgh.
He is survived by his wife, Heather Carter Wimbish; two sons, Maurice and Alvin Brown of Pittsburgh; his sister, Estelle Wimbish of Pittsburgh; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ronald and Marilyn Carter; and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cato and Zola Wimbish.
Friends were received at Orchard Hill Church, Wexford, where services were held on Sunday. Memorials are suggested to his church at 2551 Brandt School Road, Wexford, PA 15090. Arrangements were made by the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue.

Margaret Miller
Margaret Anna Miller of Pittsburgh, wife of the late Frank F. Miller Sr., died Friday, Aug. 24, 2012.
She is survived by six children, Frank F. Miller Jr., Margaret A. Miller, William I. Miller, James G. Miller, Suzanne Long and John J. Miller; three siblings, Rosemary Greig, Elizabeth Shea and William R. Planks; and 13 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Richard Plank and Kathleen Charlton.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Margaret Church, Greentree. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Disease Research at Montefiore Hospital.

Adeline Tripoli
Adeline Martrano Tripoli, wife of the late William S. Tripoli, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012.
She is survived by three children, Victoria Donnelly and her husband Ronald, William C. Tripoli and his wife Rita Ann and Mary Anne Miller and her husband Gary; two siblings, Carmella Barabanitz and Frank Martrano; five grandchildren, William J. Tripoli, Gary Miller, Carole Jean Donnelly, Ronald Donmelly Jr. and Bradley Donnelly and his wife Annie Buetzow; and four great-grandchildren, Casie, Marissa, Haley and Hannah. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Antoinetta Theresa Tripoli; and six sisters, Marie Tonio, Caroline Brozy, Katherine Kania, Stella Johnston, Agnes Martrano and Frances Shoenecker.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Tuesday.

Roy Nelson
Roy David "Davy" Nelson died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Hermanowicz Nelson; his mother, Betty Tait Nelson; four siblings, William Nelson and his wife Carol, Shirley Nelson, Mary Laughlin and her husband John and Robert Nelson and his wife Birdie; and nieces, nephews and grandnieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Nelson.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Thursday. Contributions are suggested to Forbes Hospice.

Virginia Connolly
Virginia "Ginny" Marie Stricher Connolly, 68, of McCandless, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012.
She is survived by her husband, Dave Connolly; three daughters, Michele Smith and her husband Matthew of Beaver Falls, Donna Connolly of Cleveland, OH and Kimberly Roman and her husband David of Potlatch, ID; her sister, Carolann Stephens and her husband William of McCandless; her mother-in-law, Ruth Connolly of Avalon; her sister-in-law, Kathy Stricher of Michigan; and six grandchildren, Ben, Dan, Tom, Sage, Alec and Ella. She was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Stricher.
