William R. Dugan
William R. Dugan, 90, of Bellevue, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2018.
He was the husband of 58 years of Claire (Schneider) Dugan; father of Mary Anne Foglio, Robert Dugan, and Janet (Kenneth) Briski; grandfather of Michael (Stephanie) Foglio, Nicholas Foglio, Joseph, David, Meghan, and Blake Briski; son of the late Thomas and Helen Dugan; brother of John P. (Elaine) Dugan and the late Richard (surviving wife, Jean) Dugan, Thomas (late Joanne), and Nancy Smith; brother-in-law of Jane Mousseau and the late Betty Ann Schneider; also survived by nieces and nephews.
Bill was retired after 44 years employment with Stoner-Mudge / Mobil Chemical / Valspar.
He was recently honored by the Bellevue Sesquicentennial Committee for being the longest tenured resident of Bellevue.

Joan Marie Webb
Joan Marie Webb, 89, died Dec.ember 8, 2018.
She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Betty Webb. She is survived by her cousin, Philip Brooks (Janet) of Pittsburgh, their children, Mollie and Jordan; and cousin, Suzanne Taylor of Leesburg, and her children, Carter Seaton (John) and their child Jack, and Ashley Taylor and her child, Rebekah.
Miss Webb was born and lived her entire life in Bellevue, PA, and graduated from Carnegie Tech. She worked as an illustrator at Kaufman's and Hornes department stores. For many years she created colorfully illustrated children's books that always revolved around animals, that she shared with her dearest friends.
Joan was a member of Greenstone United Methodist Church.
