Robert C. Kiefer, 69, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 in Masonic Village in Elizabethtown, PA.
Mr. Kiefer was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served on the USS Hornet.
He is survived by four siblings, Patricia Bachmann and her husband Jim, A.J. Kiefer Jr. and his wife Kathy, Raymond Kiefer and his wife Lucetta and Beverly Kiefer; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Augustine J. and Margaret Hallstein Kiefer.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue, until the time of a blessing service on Thursday. Memorial donations are suggested to Masonic Village Hospice, 600 Freemason Dr., Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
Jane Redding Winter, 90, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2015.
Mrs. Winter was a 1946 Wellesley College graduate and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She worked at WDRC in Hartford, CT, where she interviewed guests on her program, The Market Basket. She later worked in publications for several insurance companies including Connecticut General Life Insurance. She was a volunteer for Meals On Wheels, Vocational Rehabilitation Center, Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon Sunday School teacher, Westminster College Parents Committee, Bellevue Literary Club, Junior League Volunteer Board and the Zoar Home, where she earned the Volunteer Service award.
She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Winter; her daughter, Jennifer Spear; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Justin and Jerry Spear. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Winter.

Harriet Ann Lunney Mauder, 78, of Avalon, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015.
Mrs. Mauder was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Avalon.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. Mauder; four children, Kenneth Scott Mauder and his wife Debi, Karan Ann Galbreath and her husband Kirk, Kerri Louise Schulties and her husband John and Keith Harrison Mauder and his wife Traci; four siblings, Ethel Lunney, Linda Dalesandry, Sharon Bender and her husband Fred and Jack Lunney and his wife Irene; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison S. and Linda M. Lunney.

Mary Ellen (Weiss) Shevlin
Mary Ellen (Weiss) Shevlin, 93, of Emsworth, died Monday, Dec. 7, 2015.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Shevlin; pet, Mew; niece, Joanne (Walter) Finnegan and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sebastian and Mary Weiss, and by siblings, Sylvester and Joseph Weiss, Elizabeth Hartzell, Irene Schmittlien, Rose Kolarich and Carol Lapaglia.
She had been employed with Midland and Ross for 44 years and was a member of Sacred Heart Church Ladies Auxiliary. The family would like to express thanks to the staff of Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford for their kindness and loving care of Mary Ellen.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, 9 a.m., in Sacred Heart Church, Emsworth. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely School Rd., Wexford, PA 15090.
