Paul DeWalt
Paul C. DeWalt, 61, of Avalon, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Klixbull DeWalt; three children, Zachary, Sarah and Jacob DeWalt; his mother, Inis DeWalt; his sister, Beth DeWalt; three brothers-in-law, Thomas L. Klixbull and his wife Janet, Richart J. Klixbull and his wife Susan and Robert E. Klixbull and his wife Eileen; a sister-in-law, Linda S. Sanderson and her husband Sandy; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis DeWalt; and two brothers, John and Robert DeWalt.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue, where services were held on Saturday. Memorial contributions are suggested to East End Cooperative Ministries Community House, 250 N. Highland Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206.

Anna Obermeier
Anna M. Werbanic Obermeier, 93, of Warwick, RI, formerly of Brighton Heights and wife of the late Joseph Obermeier Sr., died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011.
She is survived by four children, Joseph Obermeier Jr. of Warwick, David Obermeier and his wife Kathy of Allison Park, Gretchen Obermeier of Warwick and Stephen Obermeier and his wife Giselle of Washington, DC; her grandson, David Obermeier and his wife Clara of Portsmouth, VA; and two great-grandchildren, Ana Lucia and Joey of Portsmouth; She was preceded in death by seven siblings; two daughters-in-law, Judy and Ginny; and her granddaughter, Heidi.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Catherine of Sweden Church in Wildwood, PA, on Saturday. Memorial donations are suggested to Brentwood Nursing Home/Activities, 4000 Post Rd., Warwick, RI 02886. Arrangements were made by Herbert R. King Jr. Funeral Home, Allison Park.

Robert Benaman
Robert G. Benaman, 87, of Fredericksburg, VA, formerly of Bellevue, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011.
Mr. Benaman was a World War II veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis E. Borkowski Benaman; three daughters, Felicia Wilson and her husband David of Charlottesville, VA, Jennifer Benaman and her husband Andrew Roginski of Saratoga Springs, NY and Roberta Benaman and her husband Mark Bajuk of Brooklyn, NY; six grandchildren, Bobby, Abby and Ashley Wilson, Katie and Amelie Roginski and Adler Bajuk Benaman; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mildred Christy.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in the Church of the Assumption on Tuesday. Burial was in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

Dorothy Stern
Dorothy V. Fohl Stern, 98, wife of the late Joseph A. Stern, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011.
She is survived by three daughters, Susan Vojtecky and her husband Ralph, JoAnn Ladesic and Donna Schaupp and her husband Raymond; two siblings, Ruth Jones and Edward Fohl; her son-in-law, James Magnone; four grandchildren, Albert "Joe" Ladesic and his wife Mary, Dana Magnone Jenkins and her husband Matt, Robert Magnone and his wife Rachel and Jennifer Schaupp; and three great-grandchildren, Cruz, Sophia and Fiera. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Jo Magnone; and three siblings, Lawrence Fohl, Margaret Carney and Leona Hungerman.
Friends were received at O'Brien Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Monday. Memorials are suggested to Northside Catholic School, c/o St. Cyril of Alexandria Church, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
George Adams
George W. Adams, 53, of Bellevue, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Adams; two children, Michael and Michele Adams; his brother, Danny Adams; and his grandson, Tyler. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Julia Adams.
There was no visitation and services were private. Arrangements were made by the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon.

William Brinkhoff
William R. "Brink" Brinkhoff, 89, of Emsworth, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011.
Mr. Brinkhoff was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, stationed at Midway Island. He worked as a lab technician for Carnegie Tech University and Mobile (Valspar). After his 1987 retirement, he enjoyed cross country skiing, playing tennis and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Schlumpf Brinkhoff; five children, Mark, Amy, Lynn, Sean and Aries; four grandchildren, Melanie, Josh, Julie and Preston; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Stone Lee Wheeler.
There was no visitation. His body was donated to Humanity Gift Registry Foundation.

Marie Hamilton
Marie Metzger Hamilton, 97, of Kilbuck Township, wife of the late J.R. Hamilton, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011.
Mrs. Hamilton was a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned a master's degree in social work at the University of Pittsburgh. She was a longtime member of Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon and a volunteer for many community organizations. She worked as a social worker serving cerebral vascular accident patients.
She is survived by four children, James Rodgers Hamilton Jr. and his wife Madeline of Neptune, NJ, Herbert Frederick Hamilton and his wife Sally of Pompton Plains, NJ, Nancy Jane Hamilton of East Lansing, MI and John Phillip Hamilton of Cambridge, MA; six grandchildren, Heath Wasnick, James Clay Hamilton, Vincent John Hamilton, Mark Wentley Hamilton, Lauren Hamilton DiMarco and Hannah Hamilton; and seven great-grandchildren, Erick Mahnke, Tyler Wasnick, Ashley Wasnick, Jack Hamilton, Isla Hamilton, Madeline DiMarco and Johnny DiMarco.
A memorial service was held Friday at 10 a.m. in Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon. Burial was at Chautauqua Lake. Memorials are suggested to her church at 7501 Church Ave., Ben Avon, PA 15202 or a favorite charity. Arrangements were made by McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon.
