James R. Davis
James R. Davis, 68, of McCandless, husband of the late Carol S. Davis, died Nov. 4, 2011.
Mr. Davis had been the owner of Jim Davis Auto Body in Emsworth.
He leaves a son, James S. Davis and his fiancé Sharon Welfer; a sister, Linda (John) Provich; a niece, Melissa (Mike) Taylor; nephews, Joseph Weiss Jr. and James (Jamie) Weiss.
Friends were received Tuesday at Simons Funeral Home and a service was held Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church of Highland. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Southwest Region 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

Agnes Kunkel
Agnes Rose "Chookie" Kunkel, 77, of Bellevue, wife of the late Frank Arthur Kunkel, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2011.
Mrs. Kunkel was a longtime member of the Bellevue School District PTA. She was a Democratic National Party volunteer. She was an avid listener of Bob Logue's Undercover Club.
She is survived by three sons, Mark Kunkel of Beijing, China, Paul Kunkel and his partner Leroy Mason and John Kunkel and his wife Roberta; her sister, Patricia Miller of Ocean City, NJ; seven grandchildren, Kaitlin, Collyn, Hannah, Jacob, Julie, Jenna and Jordan; and two great-grandchildren, Richard III and Aliah Wasko.
There was no visitation, and burial was private. Donations are suggested to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 707 Grant St., #37, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Arrangements were made by the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon.

Elizabeth Carpenter
Elizabeth A. Carpenter, 92, of Avalon, formerly of Coraopolis, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011.
She is survived by four children, Janet R. Obliqacion of Los Angeles, CA, Elizabeth Ann Chester of Trucksville, PA, George Rodger Clark Jr. of Inglewood, CA and Diane E. Robinson of Avalon; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial celebration was held in Allegheny Center Alliance Church, North Side, on Monday. Arrangements were made by Robinson Funeral Home, Perry Hilltop.

Nancy Magdinec
Nancy L. Cain Magdinec, 57, of Bellevue, formerly of Beechview, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011.
She is survived by three children, Tabatha Kohl and her husband Jim, James Shipley and his wife Helena and Tina L. Cain; her mother, Mary L. Cain; six siblings, Charlotte Herrmann and her husband Tom, Carol Mohr, Charles Cain and his wife Teresa, Candy Cavanaugh and her husband Brian, Tammy Terry and her husband Tom and Terry Mazzeo and her husband Mark; and nine grandchildren, Amanda, Austin, Michael, Makenna, Jacelyn, Edgar, Emerson, Shealyn and Jazmyne. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Cain Sr.; and her brother, Gary Cain.
Friends were received at Schellhaas Funeral Home, West View. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Athanasius Church on Friday.

Peggy Nicholas
Peggy Joyce Nicholas, 74, formerly of Moon Township, wife of the late Thomas Scott Nicholas, died Monday, Oct. 31, 2011 in Indian Harbour Beach, FL.
Mrs. Nicholas had been a member of Sewickley United Methodist Church, where she was the youth director. She worked at Bellevue United Presbyterian Church as Christian education director leading the Sunday school, after school special and vacation Bible school. She participated in the Walk for Emmaus Fellowship. She served at Christ Church at Grove Farm as wedding coordinator and also knitted shawls with the "Knit Wits." She enjoyed ballroom dancing and knitting newborn hats for Save the Children.
She is survived by three children, Deb Davis and her husband Gary of Indialantic, FL, Kathleen Banko and her husband Dr. John of Plattsburgh, NY and Thomas Scott Nicholas Jr. of Napa, CA; and three grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Ashleigh Banko and Collin Banko. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Hannah Bellville.
A celebration of life service was held on Saturday. Arrangements were made by Beach Funeral Home.

Diana Reabe
Diana "Dee Dee" Reabe, 52, of Plainfield, WI, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011.
Mrs. Reabe was a 1977 graduate of Avonworth High School.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey R. Reabe; four children, Gretchen Budde and her husband Gary, Troy Reabe and his wife Karen and Heath Reabe and his wife Sarah, all of Wisconsin and Tyler Reabe of Minnesota; her parents, Robert L. and Carol J. Erdman LaBarge; seven siblings, Rebecca Steinke and her husband John of Wyoming, Teri Birkholz, Pennsylvania and her husband Edward, Christina Hoffman and her husband Steve of Pennsylvania, Fritz LaBarge and his wife Regina of North Carolina, Michael LaBarge and his wife Janice, David LaBarge and his wife Dawn and Edward LaBarge and his wife Amy, all of Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Isaiah, Emersyn and Hosiah.
Arrangements were made by Plainfield Funeral Home.

Robert Wilson
Robert Wilson, 82, of Avalon, husband of the late Margie P. Wilson, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Evelyn Pinkerton; his niece, Patti Fader and her husband Tim; his nephew, Tom Pinkerton and his wife Betsy; and other nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Jason, Ryan, Lesley, Eli and Caleb. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Julia Wilson.
A memorial service was held in the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon, on Thursday.
