Edward Skinger
Edward F. (Skindzer) Skinger, 88, of Brighton Heights, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015.
Mr. Skinger was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Maryann Nalitz Skinger; six children, John, Steve, Larry and his wife Judy, Mark and his wife Helen, Therese and Edziu and his wife Dianna; his sister, Frances Glova; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by seven siblings.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Saturday.

Lawrence Kobulinsky Sr.
Lawrence R. Kobulinsky Sr., 78, of Clearwater, FL, formerly of North Braddock, died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015.
Mr. Kobulinsky was retired from US Steel, Edgar Thomson Works, where he was a machinist. He was a 1955 graduate of North Braddock Scott High School, where he was a member of the football team. He played semi-pro football for the Duquesne Ironmen 1957-60. He was a fan of Pitt football and basketball.
He is survived by his wife, Alice M. Whyel Kobulinsky; two children, Lawrence R. Kobulinsky Jr. and his wife Amy of Ohio Township and Susan Vrabel and her husband James of Orlando, FL; his daughter-in-law, Robin Kobulinsky; two siblings, Virginia Hylazewski and her husband Barney and George Kobulinsky Jr.; six grandchildren, Lori Morales and her husband Ivan, Ricky Kobulinsky and his wife Amanda, Matthew, Katelyn, Julia and Lawrence Kobulinsky; and four great-grandchildren, Cameron, Jayden, Maddison and Maci. He was preceded in death by his son, Rick Kobulinsky; and two sisters, Geraldine Kobulinsky and Marcella Hawk.
Friends were received at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home, East Pittsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Holy Shepherd Church on Monday.

Anna Marie (Ruhle) Westerman
Anna Marie (Ruhle) Westerman died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
She enjoyed exploring the Amish countryside, playing bingo, dropping pennies in the slot machines at the casino, dancing to polka music, and enjoying caramel sundaes.
She was the wife of 64 years of Edgar Myles Westerman, mother of Deborah (Joseph) Dalo, Edgar Westerman, Kenneth Westerman and Pamela (James) Rich; grandmother of Jennifer, Edgar, Joseph, Aaron, Amanda, Raymond, Patrick, Sara and Tyler; great grandmother of Ava, Ashlyn and Ryder; sister of Jacob (Shirley) Ruhle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gottlieb and Theresa Ruhle.
Family and friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A private service and burial followed.
