An elderly man was taken to the hospital after being assaulted during an argument with juveniles over a traffic incident.

Police were called to Lincoln Avenue at North Jackson just after 4 p.m. on Monday. Officers say a 71-year-old man was taken to the hospital by NorthWest EMS after sustaining a laceration to the eye. The juvenile was arrested and taken to Shuman Center.

Bellevue Police stopped and arrested underage drinkers on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 1.

Police received a report of assault on Teece Avenue on Nov. 1.

A police officer on plain clothes littering enforcement detail issued multiple citations on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 1. Michael Scott Somerville, 28, Brandon Michael Schubert, 28, and Joseph Phillip Sinatra, 26, were charged with scattering rubbish/depositing waste.

On Nov. 3, police received a report of vandalism. A Lincoln Avenue business reported that a plate glass window in the front of the building had been shot with a pellet gun on Nov. 1.

Police received a report of shoplifting from a Lincoln Avenue business on Nov. 5.

On Nov. 9, after police found a male passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle on Ohio River Boulevard, Ian Richard Dermond, 24, was charged with driving under the influence.

Police received a report of a shoplifter being caught at a Lincoln Avenue business on Nov. 9.

After police responded to a report of someone screaming profanity in the street, Steven James Anderson, 54, was charged with disorderly conduct noise at Lincoln and North Sprague avenues on Nov. 10.

After police received a report from an employee at a Lincoln Avenue business of a customer concealing merchandise and leaving the store, David A. Tarasi, 36, was charged with retail theft.

Amie Marie Ejzak, 30, was charged with driving under the influence on Ohio River Boulevard on Nov. 2.

Daniel Walter Rice, 26, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement/providing false information about identity on Bayne Avenue on Nov. 3.

Kevin Joseph Cirelli, 30, was charged with retail theft at Bayne Avenue on Nov. 3.

Walter W. Chubeck, 50, was charged with driving under the influence on Tingley Avenue on Nov. 6.

Joseph Pinno, 18, was charged with robbery by force however slight, on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 7.

Cente Sanders, 31, was charged with aggravated assault on South Jackson Avenue on Nov. 7.

Shadale Nicole Taylor, 21, was charged with driving under the influence on Ohio River Boulevard on Nov. 9.
