Police are investigating an incident in which the driver of a vehicle failed to stop after hitting a bicyclist on Sheridan Avenue on July 17. An officer found the victim, and medical personnel were dispatched to the scene.

An off-road motorcycle was reported stolen July 18 from the rear driveway of a home on Orchard Avenue.

A Dawson Avenue resident reported that the license plate and a turnpike EZ PASS was stolen from a vehicle July 16.

A mailbox was reported vandalized and weights stolen July 17 from the basement of an apartment building on North Euclid Avenue.

A North Harrison Avenue resident reported July 17 that a bicycle had been stolen March 31 from Lincoln and North Starr avenues.

A Shade Avenue resident reported July 16 that his house had been burglarized sometime between June 26 and July 7.

Duane Grahm, 48, of Hallett Place, was arrested for simple assault during an incident at a Hallett Place residence on July 20.

Ryan Herrick, 31, of South Fremont Avenue, was arrested July 20 on an outstanding warrant.

Robert Louis Pulley, 58, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Ohio River Boulevard on July 17.

Two bicycles were reported stolen June 10 from a home on South Harrison Avenue.

A Kendall Avenue resident reported that a tall, thin, white male had taken a child's scooter from the back yard on July 12.

An apartment on Orchard Avenue was reported burglarized on July 10.

A resident of Brighton Road reported July 12 that her vehicle’s tires had been slashed during the night.

A bicycle was reported stolen from a home on Florence Avenue on July 15.

A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle on Teece Avenue on July 14.

Lawford Kea, 42, of California Avenue, Avalon, was arrested July 15 for disorderly conduct during an incident at Dollar General.

James Hart, 24, of Brereton Street, Pittsburgh, and a 17-year-old Bellevue male were arrested on Bayne Avenue for liquor law violations on July 9.

John Fitzpatrick, 58, of Kennedy Avenue, Pittsburgh, faces a charge of public drunkenness after officers found him in an alley on July 10.

Thomas J. Waros, 55, was arrested July 10 during a traffic stop on Spring Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence.
