On Feb. 1, Bellevue Police received a report of a vehicle stolen from the road on Dakota Avenue.

On Feb. 1, an Ohio River Boulevard gas station reported shoplifting when a vehicle drove off without paying.

Juveniles were reported entering unlocked vehicles on Washington Avenue on Feb. 2.

On Feb. 3, a resident of Orchard Avenue reported a mirror broken on a parked car.

On Feb. 4, a resident of South Harrison Avenue reported an unlocked vehicle had been entered, gone through, and items taken from it.

A South Fremont Avenue resident reported theft from a vehicle on Feb. 4.

On Feb. 4, a Forest Avenue resident reported that a vehicle’s rear windshield had been shattered by a brick.

Bellevue Police Officers were called to Lincoln Avenue on Feb. 8 for a gun shot that struck a window. Officers determined the window had been broken by a rock.

The unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported by an Irwin Avenue resident on Feb. 8.

On Feb. 10, a Sheridan Avenue resident reported fraud of a bank account.

On Feb. 12, a resident of North Avenue reported harassment and produced video of students throwing ice balls at the house.

A Lincoln Avenue drug store reported shoplifting on Feb. 13.

On Feb. 13, Bellevue Police received a complaint concerning the theft of a security camera from inside an apartment building.

On Feb. 14, two juvenile male students fought on school property after school on Union Avenue. Police report that one participant was assaulted by a third party observer.

A resident of Grant Avenue reported identity theft on Feb. 19.

A Dakota Avenue resident reported vandalism to a vehicle on Feb. 21.

On Feb. 26, a South Bryant Avenue resident found that a delivered package on the front porch had been opened; however, nothing was taken.

A hit and run on Union Avenue was reported on Feb. 28.

Micah Barnes, 20, was arrested for aggravated assault on Roosevelt Avenue on Feb. 1.

Patrick Lee Mickey, 33, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 3.

Following a report of disorderly conduct in a Lincoln Avenue store, Marianne Shubert, 63, was charged with resisting arrest on Feb. 4.

Joseph J. Sorice, 43, was arrested on charges of strangulation, on Orchard Avenue on Feb. 5.

John P. Obrien, 61, was arrested for public drunkenness at Lincoln and Florence avenues on Feb. 5.

Richard R. Ulicny, 59, was arrested on charges of theft of services at a restaurant on Lincoln Avenue on Feb. 7.

Jean Marie Austin, 57, was arrested on charges of theft of services at a restaurant on Lincoln Avenue on Feb. 7.

Joshua David Roberts, 19, was arrested for simple assault on North Balph Avenue on Feb. 11.

Justin Bell, 39, was arrested on charges of strangulation, on Madison Avenue on Feb. 12.

Following a traffic accident on Ohio River Boulevard on Feb. 14, Michael John Conners, 28, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Following a traffic stop on Ohio River Boulevard at Meade Avenue extension, Andrew Love Carswell was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

At a gas station on Ohio River Boulevard on Feb. 13, after a vehicle drifted back, striking a gas pump and knocking it off its mount and causing it to leak, the driver fled after telling the clerk about the leak. Subsequently, Charles Joseph Miller, 42, was arrested on Feb. 18 on charges of accidents involving damage to property.

Following a traffic stop at Kendall and Washington avenues on Feb. 23, Brian Daniel Pfendler, 37, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Casey Francis Willoughby, 35, was arrested for simple assault on Meade Avenue on Feb. 23.

Following retail theft at a drug store on Lincoln Avenue on Feb. 25, Sean Patrick Ferguson, 48, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest.

After breaking down a door, Jordan James Wilderman, 29, was arrested for criminal mischief, damage to property on Spring Avenue on Feb. 25.

Following a dispute over food at a Laurel Avenue boarding home on Feb. 25, James Richard Jenkins, 50, was arrested on Feb. 26 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and William B. Hazlett, 54, was arrested on Feb. 26 for strangulation.

After the driver and a passenger in a vehicle were found unconscious and under the influence of narcotics, Dustin Robert King, 43, was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance on North Balph Avenue on Feb. 27.
