A Shiloh Avenue resident reported that an unknown individual attempted to enter the residence by kicking in the back door on Nov. 1.

Bellevue Police are investigating a possible sexual assault reported on Nov. 2.

On Nov. 3, a resident of Division avenue reported damage to the vehicle’s driver side rear fender on Nov. 3.

On Nov. 4, a Lincoln Avenue resident reported a lost debit card and several unauthorized uses on it.

Bellevue Police received a report of vandalism to a vehicle at a Lincoln Avenue business on Nov. 6 and a second report of damage done to vehicles on the lot on Nov. 6.

A Lincoln Avenue drug store reported shoplifting on Nov. 8.

A resident of Bayne Avenue reported identity theft on Nov. 14.

A resident of Forest Avenue reported on Nov. 14 that a debit card had been compromised.

A Lincoln Avenue professional office reported disorderly conduct on Nov. 15.

On Nov. 17, a resident of Orchard Avenue reported a window had been shot at with a pellet gun between Nov. 12 and 17.

A West Riverview Avenue resident reported the theft of a vehicle from the driveway on Nov. 22.

On Nov. 24, a Woodlawn Avenue resident reported fraudulent activity on a PayPal account.

Bellevue Police received a report of a male following a juvenile on her way to school on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 28.

Following a three vehicle accident at North Bryant Avenue on Oct. 26, Harry Michael Lowber, 55, was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance on Nov. 2.

After being found slumped over in a vehicle that did not belong to him, Adam Louis Brunner, 34, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Spring Avenue on Nov. 2.

Roy Lugo, 24, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Ohio River Boulevard at Kendall Avenue on Nov. 4.

After Bellevue Police responded to a disturbance on North Harrison Avenue on Nov. 7, Shawn William Barnett, 31, was arrested for harassment/physical strike kick.

Ronald Brown Holmes, 33, was arrested for public drunkenness on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 7.

Jean Marie Austin, 57, was arrested for retail theft at a Lincoln Avenue drug store on Nov. 9.

After being found sleeping in the vestibule of a North Balph Avenue apartment building on Nov. 11., Jonathan M. Sham, 39, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

On Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 13, James Henry Leysith, 73, was arrested for aggravated assault to police.

After Bellevue Police officers responded to a disturbance at a Lincoln Avenue dentist’s office on Nov. 14, Kathleen A. Jaros, 42, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Dante Jameiz Bohannon, 41, was arrested for driving under the influence on Ohio River Boulevard at Kendall Avenue on Nov. 15.

Peter Matthew Abrams, 19, was charged with public drunkenness on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 20.

Kenneth John Reinhart, 37, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Lincoln Avenue on Nov. 20.

Following a traffic stop on South Fremont Avenue on Nov. 23, Alissa Marie Troiano, 20, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Following a traffic stop on Ohio River Boulevard at Riverview Avenue on Nov. 25, Peter Patrick Pellow, 52, was charged with disorderly conduct.
