On Oct. 1, the manager of a Lincoln Avenue drug store reported that a male customer attempted to stuff items in his shirt and leave without paying.

Bellevue Police received a report of two adult males fighting in the middle of Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 1.

A resident of Howard Avenue reported a stolen vehicle on Oct. 4.

A resident of Lincoln Avenue reported on Oct. 4 that packages had been stolen from the front porch.

On Oct. 5, two juvenile males known to Bellevue Police were reported to have committed retail theft at a Lincoln Avenue retail store.

On Oct. 6, a resident of North Fremont Avenue reported harassment via Facebook between July 18 and Sept. 3

Bellevue Police received a report of hit and run to an occupied vehicle at South Starr and Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 6.

A resident of South Bryant Avenue reported debit card fraud on Oct. 10.

A resident of Kendall Avenue reported a possible burglary on Oct. 12.

On Oct. 17, a resident of Kendall Avenue reported a checkbook had been stolen and an alarm system damaged.

Bellevue Police received a report of a hit and run to occupied vehicles at a red light on Oct. 20 at the intersection of Ohio River Boulevard and Meade Avenue.

On October 20, Bellevue Police received a report of a sexual assault on Oct. 11 in Bayne Park.

A Bayne Avenue resident reported on Oct. 22 that a person would not stop contact by social media.

A Washington Avenue resident reported on Oct. 22 that money and an ATM card had been taken from a vehicle. The ATM card was then used at a local business.

An in-store security agent at a Lincoln Avenue drug store reported on Oct. 25 that a female attempted to steal merchandise.

The manager of a business reported a phone had been left in the restroom on Sept. 18 and on Oct. 26 reported it had been taken.

A Carolyn Avenue resident reported a disturbance on Oct. 28.

A Lincoln Avenue bank reported fraud on Oct. 29. Police say an internal investigation is being conducted.

A West Riverview Avenue resident reported the theft of a motor vehicle on Oct. 30.

Dennis James Russell, 47, was arrested for aggravated assault on Tingley Avenue on Oct. 3.

After Bellevue Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Forest Avenue on Oct. 5, Abigail Anne Collins, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Joshua Kenne Stadterman, 29, was arrested for reckless endangerment in Bayne Park on North Balph Avenue on Oct. 6.

Lawrence Jeffrey Soeder, 51, was arrested for disorderly conduct in Bayne Park on North Balph Avenue on Oct. 7.

John P. Obrien, 60, was charged with prohibited acts in Bellevue Memorial Park on Oct. 7.

Andrew Bednar, 50, was arrested for aggravated assault in the police station on Bayne Avenue on Oct. 8.

Following a traffic stop at Lincoln Avenue at Brighton Road on Oct. 13, Phoenix Devin Rouse, 20, was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

Connor Darren McWilliams, 24. was arrested for theft, on Dakota Avenue on Oct. 13.

Aiesha Rooke, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Union Avenue on Oct. 18.

Following a vehicle accident on North Fremont Avenue on Oct. 18, William James Ford, 35, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Austin Horlick, 20, was arrested for disorderly conduct, on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 24.

Fred D. Blair, 66, was charged with simple assault on Laurel Avenue on Oct. 27.

Sean Lee Dengler, 29, was charged with terroristic threats on Oct. 29. Dengler was arrested on Broadway Avenue in Pitcarin.

Kurt Richard Bauman, 32, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 29.

After Bellevue Police responded to a disturbance on West Avenue on Oct. 30, Kenneth John Reinhart, 37, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Antwoine Romell Johnson, 40, was arrested for public drunkenness on Kendall Avenue on Oct. 31.

Peggy Lynn Krobot, arrested for possession/distribution of illegal drugs on South Sprague Avenue on May 16, was found not guilty during a hearing in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas on Nov. 20.
