Bellevue Police recently reported that the susects involved in the Shiloh Avenue drive-by shooting on Feb. 22, 2018 were convicted for their involvement in the incident.

Suede Goodwin and Brandon Humphrey both pled guilty to aggravated assault, conspiracy, and firearms charges. Goodwin was immediately sentenced to two to four years in prison and three years probation. Humphrey deferred sentencing and will be sentenced in January.

On Oct. 3, Bellevue Police officers responded to Tingley Avenue for a report of a physical domestic between a son and mother. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim had been assaulted by her son. According to Bellevue Police, when officers approached Dennis Russell, 47, he was lying on the ground, apparently pretending to have a medical issue.

Russell then jumped to his feet and punched one of the officers in the face and continued to fight officers when the arrest was attempted.

Russell was taken into custody and delivered to Allegheny County Jail, where he was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and resisting arrest.

On Sept. 23, a Lincoln Avenue resident reported a burglary.

On Sept. 23, a Shiloh Avenue resident reported property had been stolen.

A Burnside Avenue resident reported a burglary on Sept. 24.

An Orchard Avenue resident reported larceny on Sept. 29.

A Lincoln Avenue resident reported larceny on Sept. 29.

A Lincoln Avenue retail store reported forgery/counterfeiting on Oct. 1.

A South Howard Avenue resident reported larceny on Oct. 4.

On Oct. 4, a Lincoln Avenue resident reported larceny.

A retail store on Lincoln Avenue reported shoplifting on Oct. 5.

Joshua Michael Beining, 32, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on Ohio River Boulevard on Sept. 24.

Edgar T. Williams, 68, was charged with retail theft at a Lincoln Avenue drug store on Oct. 1.

Joshua Kenne Stadterman, 29, was charged with reckless endangerment of another person on North Balph Avenue on Oct. 6.
