On Oct. 2, a North Sprague Avenue resident reported that loose change had been stolen from a vehicle.

A North Balph resident reported on Oct. 2 that a scooter had been stolen off the front porch.

A Spring Avenue resident reported a firearm missing on Oct. 2.

A Dawson Avenue resident reported that shoes and a belt valued at over $1,000 had been taken from an unlocked home.

On Oct. 5, Bellevue Police received a report that a North Jackson Avenue school had been broken into overnight.

Police were called to a school on Union Avenue on Oct. 5 concerning two female students fighting in the school cafeteria.

A store owner on Ohio River Boulevard reported an attempted robbery with a firearm on Oct. 5.

On Oct. 8, a car was reported taken from a parking lot over the previous night.

A resident of Hallet Place reported on Oct. 8 that overnight, potted flowers had been taken from the front porch.

On Oct. 8, a Roosevelt Avenue resident reported a GPS had been taken overnight from an unlocked car.

Police received a report on Oct. 8 that a window had been kicked in and a door opened at a Lincoln Avenue school in a burglary attempt.

A South Euclid resident reported prescription medication had been taken from and apartment on Oct. 9.

On Oct. 11, a Woodlawn Avenue resident reported
that between Oct. 6-11, a credit card account had been used without permission.

On Oct. 13, a North Avenue resident reported that between Oct. 6-12, fraudulent cellular phone accounts had been opened.

On Oct. 14, a North Jackson Avenue resident reported a theft from a vehicle between Oct. 13-14.

On Oct. 15, an Orchard Avenue resident reported the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle the previous day. The vehicle was recovered in Penn Hills prior to the report being filed.

A Highland Place resident reported an attempted theft from a vehicle on Oct. 22.

A South Fremont Avenue resident reported having been assaulted and having had items stolen from him on Oct. 22.

On Oct. 22, a North Balph Avenue resident reported that money had been taken from an unlocked car during the previous night.

A Lincoln Avenue resident reported the theft of a cell phone on Oct. 22.

An apartment building on South Euclid Avenue was tagged with spray paint on Oct. 25.

On Oct. 28, a game system and a laptop was reported stolen from a South Starr Avenue residence.

A Means Avenue resident reported a vehicle had been stolen on Oct. 29.

An Ohio River Boulevard business reported on Oct. 29 that coin machines had been emptied overnight.

On Oct. 2, A search warrant yielded narcotics and a firearm from a Gilliland Place residence on Oct. 2. Danielle Lacole Coleman, 41 was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and Darohn Winmon, 18, was charged with a violation of the Firearms Act.

Ladelle Jean Tomson, 32, and James Anthony Martin, 47, were each charged with possession of a controlled substance, on Dawson Avenue on Oct. 4.

David Bradshaw, 39, was charged with retail theft on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 9.

After being located at a Lincoln Avenue restaurant on Oct. 9, Jacob Seth Hines, 22, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle.

Lynnanne Marie Murphy, 39, was charged with retail theft on at a convenience store on Ohio River Boulevard on Oct. 10.

Kayla Marie Danenas, 31, was charged with criminal trespass on Dawson Avenue on Oct. 11.

Patrick Lee Mickey, 32, and Michael Edward Mickey, 35, were each charged with simple assault on Dawson Avenue on Oct. 12.

Following a vehicle pursuit in which the driver crashed and then fled on foot, Michael William Gruber, 20, was charged with driving under the influence at Ambard Avenue, Ross Township on Oct. 15.

Micah Lamont Wilson, 25, was charged with reckless endangerment of another person on Ohio River Boulevard on Oct. 17.

Martha Anne Neuman, 54, was charged with retail theft on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 17.

On Florence Avenue on Oct. 17, Michael Joseph Ross, 33, was charged with retail theft. Police say Ross concealed merchandise and left a Lincoln Avenue store but was observed and followed by loss prevention until apprehended by police.

Mark Rybicki, 57, and Emily Jane Rybicki, 33, were each charged with retail theft on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 18.

On Oct. 19 at a retail store on Lincoln Avenue, Tina L. Prom, 46, was charged with criminal trespassing / defiant trespassing.

On Oct. 19, Daniel J. Donnelly, 57, was charged with involuntary manslaughter on Bayne Avenue.

Lorraine Ellen Calabrese, 62, was charged with harassment / physical strike, on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 25.

After being observed staggering into a restaurant, Michael Robert Clarke, 43, was charged with public drunkenness on Ohio River Boulevard on Oct. 25.

Laron Likey Joyner, 37, was charged with burglary on Lincoln Avenue on Oct. 31. According to police reports, Joyner was seen on video footage entering the store with a key and subsequently identified as a former employee.
