According to Bellevue Police reports, a juvenile was jumped by two other juveniles on North Sprague Avenue on Sept. 3.

On Sept. 5, an Orchard Avenue resident reported a theft from a vehicle had occurred earlier in the week.

A school on North Jackson Avenue was burglarized overnight, Sept 6-7.

A resident of Orchard Avenue reported an assault on Sept. 7.

On Sept. 8, a Forest Avenue resident reported a theft from her porch.

On Sept. 8, a Highland Avenue resident reported vandalism; the garage had been damaged.

On Sept. 11, police received a report of simple assault on North Fremont avenue.

A resident of North Balph Avenue reported the theft of a no trespassing sign on Sept. 12.

On Sept. 12, a North Jackson Avenue resident reported the theft of a running truck.

A school on North Jackson Avenue was broken in to overnight, Sept 12-13.

On Sept. 13, a Lincoln Avenue resident reported that the previous day, a package was delivered and the contents were stolen.

A Teece Avenue resident reported larceny on Sept. 15. A chrysanthemum plant and pumpkin stick were stolen from the front yard.

A cell phone was reported stolen from a Lincoln Avenue bank kiosk on Sept 14.

Bellevue Police were called to a South Starr Avenue resident on Sept.15 concerning a disturbance.

On Sept. 15 on Gilliland Place, multiple vehicles and a house were hit by bullets.

On Lincoln Avenue on Sept. 16, police received a report of theft.

Bellevue Police were dispatched to Laurel Avenue on Sept. 17 concerning the theft of a motor vehicle.

A Forest Avenue resident reported that a shotgun had been taken during a burglary on Sept. 17.

A Lincoln Avenue resident reported an assault on Sept. 20.

A Meade Avenue business reported the theft of flowers on Sept. 21.

A Division Avenue resident reported a vehicle stolen from the driveway on Sept. 22.

On Sept. 22, police received a report of a theft the previous week on North Sprague Avenue.

On Sept 23, a driver reported the theft of a license plate from a vehicle parked in a Sheridan Avenue lot.

A North Jackson Avenue resident reported vandalism on Sept. 24. A flower pot had been smashed on the street.

A Kendall Avenue resident reported an unlocked vehicle had been entered and items stolen on Sept. 24.

On Sept. 24, a Forest Avenue resident reported change had been stolen out of a vehicle.

A Grant Avenue resident reported an attempted burglary on Sept. 27. An unknown person attempted to gain entry to a private residence via a bedroom window.

A Lincoln Avenue food establishment reported vandalism on Sept. 28. An unhappy customer smeared a hoagie on the front window.

Angela Rose Tschannen, 56, was charged with public drunkenness on Lincoln Avenue on Sept.1.

After investigating a female passed out inside a vehicle, Donna J. Groomes, 55, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on North Sprague Avenue on Sept. 1.

Tyrone Jarrel Williams, 22, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on Ohio River Boulevard on Sept. 4.

William Crawley, 26, was charged with receiving stolen property on Lincoln Avenue on Sept 5.

Trina Jean Orrico, 38, was charged with retail theft on Lincoln Avenue on Sept. 8.

Gage Allen Durler, 19, was charged with resisting arrest on North Euclid Avenue on Sept. 9.

John Dylan Haertel, 27, was charged with theft by unlawful taking on Dunbar Avenue on Sept. 10.

Shawn P. McNickle, 39, was charged with theft by unlawful taking on Grant Avenue on Sept. 13.

James Craig Broadwater, 49, was charged with theft by deception on Bayne Avenue on Sept. 14.

Loretta Woods, 58, was charged with public drunkenness on Bayne Avenue on Sept. 15.

Patrycja Duchnowska, 25, was charged with simple assault on Dawson Avenue on Sept. 21.

Julian Joseph Branch, 30, was charged with simple assault on Dawson Avenue on Sept. 21.

After Bellevue Police officers were called to Lincoln Avenue at South Fremont Avenue concerning a hit-and-run on Sept. 20, Bridget Lee Dawson, 43, was charged on Sept. 21 with driving under the influence.

Following a traffic stop at Meade and Roosevelt Avenues on Sept. 23, Kaveh Velton Bowie, 18, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
