A West Riverview resident reported vandalism on May 15. While parked on the street, the rear window of a car was broken out. Also on May 15, a Monroe Avenue resident reported a vehicle window had been broken while parked on the street.

A Lincoln Avenue business reported on May 16 that a male had submitted a fraudulent prescription.

A Lincoln Avenue business reported shoplifting by a juvenile on May 17.

A Watkins Avenue resident reported harassment on May 19.

On May 20, a North Sprague Avenue resident reported that a neighbor’s garage window had just been smashed.

A Dawson Avenue resident reported on May 19 that his car had been keyed.

A forcible rape was reported on May 22.

Police responded to possible shoplifting at a Lincoln Avenue business on May 23.

An Orchard Avenue resident reported vandalism on May 23. Two juveniles were trespassing on the roof of a neighbor’s garage, damaging it.

On May 25, a Laurel Avenue resident reported that a vehicle had been broken into, cash stolen, and the driver’s side seat had been urinated on.

A resident of South Balph Avenue reported a non-forced apartment burglary on May 29.

On June 4, a resident of Jefferson Avenue reported a flower pot had been stolen overnight.

A resident of Gilliland Place reported on June 4 that a car, parked on the street, had been keyed overnight.

On June 5, police received a report of disorderly conduct on Union Avenue.

On June 5, a Sheridan Avenue resident reported that property had been stolen from a garage between Jan. 5 and June 5

Bellevue Police received a report of disorderly conduct on Union Avenue on June 6.

A Forest Avenue resident reported that between June 5 and June 12, a garage door had been damaged.

A Grant Avenue resident reported on June 13 that a brick had been thrown through windows.

A Lincoln Avenue business reported shoplifting on June 13.

On June 15, a resident of Forest Avenue reported his vehicle had been entered overnight and items stolen.

After reportedly being found smoking and in possession of marijuana in Bayne Park, Drew Elliot Mcquiston-Starett, 21, was charged with disorderly conduct on North Balph Avenue on May 19.

During a “Click It or Ticket” patrol on May 18 on Kendall Avenue at Ohio River Boulevard, a stolen vehicle was recovered. Iesha Javonne Matthews, 26, was charged with receiving stolen property.

David H. Gapsky, 25, was charged with disorderly conduct on North Avenue on May 20.

Bellevue Police responded to a vehicle striking a parked vehicle on Teece Avenue on May 21. David R. Vogel, 40, was charged with possession of marijuana.

After police were dispatched to the drive-through window of a fast food restaurant on Ohio River Boulevard on May 21, Shawnell Latrees Wiles, 39, was charged with public drunkenness.

Laken Marie Snyder, 20, and Cole Solomon George, 20, were each charged with criminal trespassing on North Balph Avenue on May 24.

Rebecca Elizabeth Parey, 26, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on Ohio River Boulevard on May 24.

Tonya R. Thomas, 44, was charged with theft on Lincoln Avenue on May 25.

Dylan Keith Vernon, 20, and Jacob Seth Hines, 21, were charged with disorderly conduct on Lincoln Avenue on May 25.

Stephanie Lynn Norman, 39, was charged with theft on Lincoln Avenue on May 25.

At a retail business on Lincoln Avenue, Moray C. Clements, 49, was charged with retail theft on May 26.

Following a disturbance on North Euclid Avenue on May 28, David Mack, 34, was charged with simple assault.

David Bressler, 70, was charged with public drunkenness on North Fremont Avenue on May 28.

Donna Sue Hettick, 63, was charged with public drunkenness on Lincoln Avenue on May 30.

After reportedly being witnessed shoplifting, Tina L. Prom, 45, was charged with retail theft on Lincoln Avenue on June 1.

On June 5, after a Lincoln Avenue business reported an intoxicated female in the store, Elspeth Lockard Vaughn, 32, was charged with public drunkenness.

After reportedly being witnessed removing merchandise from a package, concealing it and checking out without paying, Elspeth Lockard Vaughn, 32, was charged with retail theft on Lincoln Avenue on June 6.

After reportedly being caught shoplifting at a Lincoln Avenue business on June 6, Jacob Seth Hines, 21, was charged with retail theft.

Cory Joseph Alagich, 35, was charged with harassment on June 9.

After police were dispatched to North Sprague Avenue on June 11 for a disturbance, Daniel Jason Suddeth, 38, was charged with simple assault.

David Bressler, 70, was charged with public drunkenness on Teece Avenue on June 12.

David Joseph Schultz, 27, was charged with aggravated assault-injury to police, on Second Avenue on June 13.
