Bellevue Police received a report of vandalism from a Teece Avenue resident on Jan. 14. Reportedly, the resident’s vehicle had been spray painted during the previous night.

On Jan. 15, police received a report of an aggravated assault at a Clinton Avenue residence.

Police were dispatched to a Lincoln Avenue business on Jan. 16 for a retail theft. The male suspect fled the scene leaving the merchandise behind.

On Jan. 17, police were dispatched to Ohio River Boulevard for a two-vehicle crash. Bradley Paul Charles, 20, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Amber Lee Mertz, 23, was charged with driving under the influence on Lincoln Avenue on Jan. 19.

Police received a report of vandalism at a Meade Avenue business on Jan. 18. Reportedly, juveniles had broken windows at the business.

A South Starr resident reported on Jan. 19 that an apartment door had been kicked in and an X-Box stolen.

On Jan. 19, police received a report of damage to property at a Lincoln Avenue business.

After being called to a Lincoln Avenue business for shoplifting on Jan. 19, police charged Kylie Shea Wehling, 29, with retail theft.

Police were called to a Lincoln Avenue business on Jan. 20 where a shoplifter was being detained by store loss personnel. Pamela Jean Spanger Catherwood, 59, was charged with retail theft.

On Jan. 26, police received a report of burglary from a Forest Avenue resident.

Deric McGhee, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct on Lincoln Avenue on Jan. 20.
