Following a traffic stop on April 3, Caitlin Price, 21, of West View, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Following a traffic stop on April 4, Zachary Pearson, 25, of Manor, was arrested on an active felony arrest warrant.

On April 4, a resident of Hemlock Street reported that someone had burglarized their apartment.

On April 5, an Avalon resident reported that the driver’s side of his car had been keyed.

Marc Antonio Pippens, 29, of Baden, was charged on April 7 with driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Martin Marino, 27, of Pittsburgh, was cited for disorderly conduct on April 8.

An Avalon resident reported on April 8 that someone had broken into her vehicle.

Jamie Ruggles, 32, of Cheswick, was arrested on April 9 on an active warrant from the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Department for for failure to appear in court.

William M. Montague, 33, of Verona, was arrested on April 11 for possession of a controlled substance.

On April 11, a California Avenue resident reported criminal mischief done to her vehicle.

Following a traffic stop on April 12, Tywan Lamar Fancher, 28, of Pittsburgh and Leah Rae Harris, 30, of Pittsburgh, were charged with not having valid driver's licenses and possession of a controlled substance.

During a traffic stop on April 12, Jacob Haten, 20, of Pittsburgh, Emily Kosko, 21, of Duquesne and Elijah F. Terry Smith, 20, of Avalon, were charged with possession of a controlled substance.

On April 13, Christopher J. Jordan, 31, of Ross Township, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

On April 13, during the Easter event in Avalon, Damon Harrison, 43, of Avalon, was cited for possession of a controlled substance.

A motor vehicle accident occurred on California Avenue on April 13. Police say all three vehicles had to be towed.

On April 13, Avalon Police officers were called to North Home Avenue concerning a theft and an assault. James McCartan, 34, of Pittsburgh, was arrested for burglary and theft of medication in another apartment in the same building.

Following a traffic stop on April 14, Jaraye S. McLaughlin, 21, of Monroeville and Jaron McLaughlin, 20, of Pittsburgh, were arrested. Jaron was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Jaraye was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

On April 16, a hit and run accident occurred on Elizabeth Avenue. Police say that no one was injured, but a vehicle was damaged.

On April 16, a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles occurred on Ohio River Boulevard. Police say that no one was injured.
Following a traffic stop on April 16, Alex C. Smith, 32, of Pittsburgh, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
