On Feb. 25, Avalon Police officers were called to Orchard Avenue to assist the Avalon fire department with entry into apartment units in regards to a water leak.

Anthony Oxendine, 29, of Bellevue, was cited on Feb. 27 for loitering/prowling at night at a home on Orchard Avenue.

On Feb. 27, officers received a report of a vehicle into a home on Victoria Drive. The operator of the vehicle stated that he exited his vehicle in a hurry and thinks he forgot to place it in the park position. The vehicle went down Victoria Drive, continued through a front yard and struck the corner of a Victoria Drive residence, coming to a stop. The vehicle suffered damage to the rear bumper and the residence sustained minor damage to a retaining wall.

Following a traffic stop on Feb. 27, Earl Saunders, 36, of Avalon, was arrested and taken to Allegheny County Jail for a bench warrant out of Butler County.

Erin Conn, 57, and Nicole Mills, 34, both of Mt. Oliver, were arrested on Feb. 28 for possession of narcotics, suspected cocaine and heroin.

David Sams, 28, of Moon, was arrested on Feb. 28 for possession of suspected heroin.

Andrew Podobinski, 23, of Ross, and Jason Senchisen, 35, of Avalon were cited for drug equipment violations following a traffic stop on March 1.

On March 1, a resident of California Avenue reported a theft.

On March 2, officers were called to a site on Ohio River Boulevard when they received a report of the passenger side, rear window of someone's vehicle being shattered.

An auto supply business on Ohio River Boulevard reported on March 3 that someone attempted to steal merchandise prior to leaving the store. The actor fled after dropping the merchandise.

On March 4, a resident of Harrison Avenue reported his vehicle had been broken into overnight.
