On Oct. 16, an Avalon resident reported a lost passport.

On Oct. 18. Avalon Police were called to Cleveland Avenue concerning a vehicle into a retaining wall. Police say no one was injured.

A hit-and-run occurred at the intersection of Florence Avenue and Locust Street on Oct. 18.

A Harrison Avenue resident reported a stolen bicycle on Oct. 21.

On Oct. 21, a taxi cab driver reported that a passenger he had transported did not pay his fare.

On Oct. 23, a motor vehicle accident occurred on Ohio River Boulevard. Police say both individuals involved in the accident sustained injuries, and both were taken to the hospital.

Police were called to Norwood Avenue on Oct. 24 concerning a disturbance. Delayah Walton, 20, of Bellevue, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 25, a hit-and-run accident occurred on Jackman Avenue resulting in light damage to a vehicle.

On Oct. 25, a hit-and-run accident occurred on Harrison Avenue between a vehicle and a pedestrian. Medics were dispatched to the location, but police say the victim refused medical treatment.

A motor vehicle accident occurred at the Avalon Loop on Oct. 26 when a tractor trailer struck a yellow cement post as it was turning around in the loop. No one was injured.

On Oct. 27, a Union Avenue resident reported harassment by texts and calls.
